Such a helpful, informative channel on so many topics. On the subject of mental health, for me getting outdoors in nature be it for a short walk or days away in the campervan just can’t be beaten 😊

Thanks for the useful information and tips Liz. For me its going for a walk..talking to my dad on phone as he lives far away. watching tv with my kids.meeting up with friends and my meditation in the form of praying help a lot .Listening to music i like also makes me happy.

Meditation is so so brilliant, I use a free app called Insight Timer, it's so good. Also yoga is fantastic. Plus when feeling really anxious check out the butterfly hug, so useful xx
