I'm going into week 6 of recovery for an ACL and double meniscus surgery and I miss BBFit and these quick workouts so much! Ladies, take advantage of how wonderful your bodies are, continue to care for and strengthen them! I can barely lift my hamstring, but I'm working on it each day and so excited to get back to this! Lots of love xx

This is one gets my Booty looking peachy and toned ! I alternate butt work outs on your channel and I’ve really seen an improvement in my butt. I always have time for it because it’s always 30 and under ! I add them to my daily routine when I’m done with the treadmill 😍 thank you for your positive energy!

Bailey - I just love your workouts. You have a motivating pleasant approach, but make no mistake - your workouts are tough!! The short time frame of the workout makes me stay on track, because I know it’ll end soon!! 🥵 However, the results are awesome!! And I feel strong and energized after doing a few different targeted workouts!! 👏👏👏

Hi Bailey! 💖 Love your five minute workout. Would you be able to make a 5 minute breast lift workout? After nursing 4 babies my puppies could use a lift 😂 I seen some others on RU-vid have them, but your 5 minute workouts are so effective it would be nice to add a 5 minute breast lift workout to my Bailey playlist! 🤗

Do two different BB glutes workouts one on top of the other and you won't have to worry about your butt not writing or calling. You will hear from it.
