What the actual F? I am in pretty good shape and strength train regularly including glutes. Did this for an off day. It is intense and very effective to add to my repertoire
I have been doing this for about a week and I really love these exercises and enjoy doing them but my back and knees start hurting more and more and today I even got a small leg cramp 🥲
