Short on time? Here is a 5 MIN Full length workout, to kick start your day, and/or your HIIT, and/or for your recovery day!
NO BEEPS, NO COUNTDOWN NEEDED: just follow me and THE MUSIC, which includes all necessary signals.
New exercice each 30 seconds. NO REST IN BETWEEN, but of course if you need a break, just take it ;)
This quick & effective workout will help you increase strength and endurance for all levels. You can do it to recover and/or as a warmup - as I did: warming up helps prepare body (and mind!) for HIIT, it is so important before exercising! So take a deep breath and give the best of yourself: That's the secret for long term training.

I love this workout video! It’s so easy I just did it twice back to back! Five minute workout no talking, she jumps right into it, if you’re looking for a quick easy video this is it I’m telling you! And yes you will work up a sweat and feel that burn baby!

Really great for squeezing a little movement into the day when working from home. I am morbidly obese and out of shape and this was gentle and slow enough for me with the exception of the jumping jacks which I subbed in step jacks for to be easier on my joints.

I walk a ton but... I failed the first section (I am so uncoordinated lol), and tapped out after 3 and a half minutes. Its been a long time since I've pushed myself this hard honestly. But I'll try again until I get through it. The not talking actually made it a lot less stressful for me to try and figure out what I was doing too. Thanks for making a straightforward video like this. I failed tonight, but I don't feel like I did (and most of the encouraging-type videos make me feel it lol.) So if anyone else finds themselves struggling with an "easy" workout, know you aren't alone. Try again soon!

Perfect! I have ADHD/Autism. My body is basically under-stimulated and 'asleep' while inside, leading to endless 'creative shower' type thoughts. 5 minutes of exercise was easy to commit to, and enough to get my blood pumping, which alleviates symptoms. Thanks!

Congrats, very efficient format for sedentary remote workers :) One request though : could it be possible to have 30 seconds still at the start so we have time between clicking on start button and setting into position ? ;)

Ok lets gooooo .. Day 1 : Did it yay ! ...a little bit hard tho .....maybe cos im not use to work out regularly .....WISH ME LUCK 😁 Day 2 : ....ooooooh ....did it ! ....for some reason I think this cardio is very suitable for me .....its not that hard ..but not too easy too ....and most importantly ...NO BREAKS Day 3: skipped Day 4 : skipped ..🙄 Day 5: skipped .... 😪 Day 6 : ...aaah ....skipped 😶 Day 7 : I Am BaCk ✌️ ...did it Day 8 : ...skipped Day 9 : did it ! ...its becoming easier. I love your routines - thank you so much. I use your 5 min one every day - could you do a few more 5 min workouts please with strength rather than cardio? My health coach suggested doing 5 mins a day which is about all I can regularly fit in but it's amazing the difference it makes. TIA.

Hi Pamella, thanks for your comment. Actually, we sold the rights to this song to a company and we are waiting for RU-vid to allow us to use another piece of our own repertoire (since RU-vid want us to use music from their library... OMG). So hopefully we will be able to have new music (from us) on this video very soon.... Sorry :(((
