Looking for a quick workout to strengthen your upper body?
I’m going to lead you through a super quick arm toning workout you can do from home. I’m using light weights, but this can be done with or without weights. You’ll still get a great workout for your upper body. You can also do this workout seated or standing, so it’s great no matter where you are!

Thank you so much for your videos, Robin. I can’t tell you what a difference it makes in my day to do these videos in the morning. To spend only 5 to 15 minutes on each one means that I can do one or multiple- and they’re very effective! I’m at a point in my life where I cannot spend hours at the gym or the yoga studio, and I have no desire to do so, so this has been a real blessing.❤

Hi there! We recommend 1-2 pound weights, or about .5-1 kg per weight. 🙂

Hi Coach Robin! I am a man and just saw this video because my grandma does this lesson! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together! I feel really weak and unconfident. 😟

@@wearelindywell Thank you for your encouragement and guidance, Coach Robin! I did the lesson with my grandma but my arm just collapsed towards the end and I had to stop 😔 I feel really hopeless and weak.. My grandma did this full lesson two times over in succession.
