I am suffering from straight neck pain goes to my left shoulder and arm . Started your exercises a month ago and it’s working better than physical therapy I had before. Thanks for making this shoulder workout video.

I’ve always struggled with having a tight neck and major aches and pains in my shoulders for years and I’ve been doing this workout every day for almost 2 weeks and OMG it’s a miracle!! 30 years of chronic pain and after just a set of 10 of anything my neck and arms…I would look like I had muscular dystrophy. I’ve been listening to trauma healing and nerve healing binaural beats and I’ve been doing exercises. So so so excited

Day 1 Tuesday : done ---> It was hard cuz' I really am a lazy person and i do 00000 sport ; literally nothing Day 2 Wednesday : done --> it become easier when you get used to these exercices Day 3 Thursday : done --> The muscle will be tense and sour that you will automatically walk straight with your shoulders up Day 4 : Friday --> I am doing it rn wish me luck

ever since I was twelve i've been struggling with feeling insecure about my shoulders. I feel like looking fat has a lot of impact on the way i'm treated and i always cover my arms because of my shoulders. I'm 13 and I got fatshamed by my friend. I'm a little overweight but i cover my stomach a lot, i know he brought it up because I had my shoulders out. I was honestly sad but it doesn't no good. If i'm not happy with it i have the power to change it. I will be doing thing every day until thanksgiving break is over. (No clue when it ends but it starts next week.) I will be writing my progress in here for motivation or to just encourage other people day 1 : ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3:✅ (idk if i'm tweaking but i kinda see progress already).

I'm gonna start this exercise from.today Day 1 done Day 2 done Day 3 done okayyyy Day 4 done seems like my shoulder is great thsn before but still im gonna continue it Day 5 same as day 4 Day 6 done Day 7 nice result i have taken my pic before vs after these 7 days of doing this exercise i can definitly see a difference But i am surely continue this exercise until i get 90 degree shoulders Day 8 done Day 9 done Day 10 done Day 11 done Day 12 ❤ Day 13 🎉 Day 14 done I think i am gonna stop bcuz my shoulders are much more slier than before Definitly recommended!🎉

I've been doing this for like a month and i can see results like i lost all the fat in my arm pits and in my back and my collarbones are visible but i didn't get 90 degree shoulder till now so i will do it until i get full results byby

I started this workout today!! DAY1: I thought I wouldn't feel the burn because the moves looked easy, but it wasn't like that at all. It was a bit difficult for me to do, but I felt great when I finished.

Day 1 ✅ Really was syrughling towards the 10 minute mark but still went on. Hopefully I'll be able to complete it Day 2 ✅ Definitely the burn was there not sure if anything changwd but I'm definitely feeling good about this workout

I have been suffering from shoulder width since I was young, and this is my first day of training. I felt effective, but will these exercises make my shoulders less broad than before? because I do not suffer from fat by structure. My body’s bones are like this, so please tell me in the comments. @@Shinybreakup For me it worked quite well. I was doing it once a day and I'm starting to think I might need to do it twice a day for faster results🥰 My neck hump has reduced a lot and my shoulders are much straighter and lean. The most noticeable thing is my collarbone is much more visible. For now, It's not 100% yet because I have a huge problem with my hunched back and neck hump. It will probably take more time and I need some weight training to see more results, but overall it's really change for sure if you don’t want to do weight training just doing this workout. I guarantee🤣 Even if I'm very lazy and have to force myself to do it, I'll keep doing it.

My shoulders and neck for some reason are tingling, LOL] Day 3: ✅ [Procrastination hasn't got the best of me yet! 💪] Day 4: ✅ [Getting easier. That last workout before the stretch gets to me every single time 💀] Day 5: ❎ [Was busy traveling ] Day 6: ✅ [Back on! And despite the break, I see little results 😄] Day 7: ✅ [Shoulders look a little smaller, but still, not much of a difference, bettering my posture as well] Day 8: ✅ [On to the next week! I will do this workout for 14 days. I am starting today. Day 1 ✅️ - it was kinda painful Day 2 ✅️ - doneee Day 3 ✅️ Day 4 ✅️ Day 5 ✅️ - I did it only for five days but I see the result slightly (I was in calorie deficit these days so I guess it helped too, but be careful with this and I recommend max 100 calorie deficit otherwise there is a risk of you f-cking up ur metabolism) Day 6. - I let my body rest a little today since I did intense ab workout after a while and my abs really hurt now Day 7 ✅️ - it was so much easier than previous days Day 8 ✅️ - doneee Day 9 ✅️

Day 1-✓ Day 2-✓ (It hurts so much but after stretching all the pain is gone ^-^) Day 3- ✓ (as always, streching is what I'm waiting for at the end as it's so reviving ) Day 4-✓ Day 5- skip Day 6-✓ Day 7-✓

madam i have done endometriosis laparoscopy + laparotomy on 28/12 after that i’m feeling that my belly size have increased so can u plz suggest mế exercises that can help and are safe for my condition and also mentioned if it will effect on my periods date like making it delay etc because due to endometriosis delay periods becomes more painful i will be grateful for ur reply
