Hi! I haven't worked out for years and am trying to get back in shape again. I am so unfit, and none of the workout vids out there seemed to cater for a complete beginner, and I found this! Touching all the basics but nice and short so it is not too intimidating for someone who wants to start their journey for the first time or after a long break. Thank you so much for this. I will be following this routine for a couple of weeks until I build enough energy to do more 😊

Thank you very much for this full body workout! At the end of the video it says download pdf worksheet with the arrow pointing downwards! I looked everywhere but the pdf worsheet was no where to be found?
