Oh my gosh I just had that piece in my hand at Home Depot. I had to cut the hose to and I had no idea what to do. You explained it with a bang bang boom. Now I have to bing bang boom it back to Home Depot lol thank you so much that was awesome
Ive gotta say i never see garden hoses with these connectors where im from , i only see those quick connect ones simmilar to ones on air commpressors but plastic, anyway those you can actually unscrew and mount elsewhere
Pretty cool BUT it's so worth it to get one of those new flexible expandable stretchy ones. Not sure what they're called. I have one that's 100ft when in use, but collapses down to like an 8th of the size. It was 40 bucks.
Cheaper materials nowadays. I like the hippie flexogen hoses, but anything that is heavy duty usually holds better over time. The hose I fixed was (I think) a medium duty
Flex tape is not a permanent solution besides flex tape wont fix a crushed hose end it jist makes more sense to do this ive done it its easy cheap fast and not to mention lasts a lot longer than any tape on the market
