You can't get an effective workout in 5 minutes, this is just trying to sell you the total gym, I can give you an effective workout but it will probably take about 25 minutes to complete. I don't know your physical condition, so I'm gonna assume your a beginner. Do this workout Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 3 sets of 40 body weight squats, then wall sit for 30 seconds, each day try to add 5 squats and 5 seconds to your wall sit, then do 3 sets of as many push ups as you can do, try to add 2 or 3 push-ups each day, then if you can do chin ups do 3 sets of as many as you can do, if you have a total gym do 3 sets of 25, try to add a couple of pull ups each day. Those are your 3 main workouts, those will take the longest, if you want you can do it Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, that way you only have to do it do week days. Your second workout is shorter and you will do it 2 days per week, it doesn't matter what days just as long as they aren't back to back days, do standing calf raises, 3 sets of 40, each day try to add 5 reps, next you will work your abs, 3 sets of 30 second planks, each workout add 5 seconds to each set of planks, and finally do 3 sets of 30 glute bridges, really squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement, try to add 5 reps each workout. You'll need to do cardio too, you can do whatever you prefer, you can jog, swim, but I suggest jump rope, it will take the least amount of time, any 3 days of the week you choose, jump rope for 5 minutes, try to add 30 seconds each week, and the most important thing in health and fitness is diet, eat right, find a calorie calculator online and find your maintenance calories, if you want to lose fat, drop your daily calorie intake 200 cal below your maintenance number, if you want to build muscle, raise your calorie intake 200 over your maintenance calories. Make sure you are drinking enough water too, try to drink a gallon a day. Hope this helps, sorry it was so long.
@@Rangerfan-gz1rx an effective workout is whatever you have time for. I'm on a limited schedule and for me a 5 min workout is better than no workout. It gets my morning started off right and I can always do a full workout when I get home at night. That's why I bought the Total Gym.
@x0simplysweet0x I trust your family of doctors and nurses over the other pin head. The article he cited was someone who was bench pressing on an incline... Completely different from what is happening in this video.
@martin44374 No wonder his family of doctors and nurses laughed at you. Frederick Paulún was bench pressing on an incline (head lower then feet) Bench pressing uses completely different muscles from what is being done in this video. This is a perfectly safe incline (head lower than feet) exercise. Damn people, you have to watch what you read on the internet....
Trust me when I tell you that there is no such thing as an effective 5min workout. No idea why this guy is selling that bogus concept but you will see 0 results with 5min workouts.
Hey there, have you heard about "Musclegends" (search on Google)? There you will find a great free video featuring how you can build noticeable muscle easily. This helped Devan to break through his bodybuilding plateau and thus build ripped lean muscle mass free of fat super fast. Hopefully it works for you too...
