Paradiddle is such a fun rudiment, it's basic but has tons of versatility behind the kit in a musical context. It's also awesome in the different variations there are, like paradiddle-diddle, double paradiddles, etc. Awesome work man.
63 year old guitarist here (I play keys and bass too), finally deciding to put in the time so I can play the drums too. In my head, I’m a great drummer - Neil Peart meets Carmine Appice kind of sound - it’s very cool. Problem is transferring that to my limbs: Two=Doing OK, Three=Hanging in there, Four=Good by. Like a juggler with one too many balls, it falls apart every time. That’s why I’m so grateful I came across you Stephen. I’ve been doing music a long time, so I know a great teacher when I see one, and you’re it. Here are some of the key factors that I think make your teaching so effective. 1) Gratitude. You’ve actually talked about this. IMHO it’s essential to life. 2) Accountability. You promise not to waste our time (you do a great job of this) and we promise to put the time in to practice what’s being taught. 3) Vision. You see the big picture (impossible for a beginner) and break it down to digestible lessons. 4) Words of wisdom that apply to many things. “Speed is the byproduct of accuracy.” and “If you don’t do the complete lesson, you just wasted your time.” are two examples of many that come to mind. Basically, I want to make sure you realize that I’m just one of many people that appreciate your time and effort, thanks. 😎
I am playing drums from so many yrs bt I don't have my personal one cz can't afford I practice on my laps hope someday I can buy one🤞nd I see your videos to get happy 😊

I wish the promise to get the notation for free was honest. It looks like it was just a fishing tool to get me to the website where things are being sold.
The promise is 100% honest. Enter the email address, I send it. Now, if for some reason you DID NOT get an email with a link to the sheet music, I need to know that. For some reason we've had some people not get the follow up email. That means there is an issue and I would like to fix that for everyone in the future.
