Chocolate Cake Recipe:
- 90 gr All Purpose Flour ( 1/2 cup + 1 1/2 tbsp)
- 40 gr Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 150 gr Sugar ( 3 /4 cup)
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 4 Egg Whites
- 130 gr WarmMilk ( 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 70 gr Butter ( 2/3 stick)
NOTE:
You have 2 options:
- You can either bring the empty cake shells to the table and everyone can assemble their own cake taco.
- OR prepare the filled tacos ahead of time. If you're preparing them in advance, fill the tacos with just the cream ( cover and store in the fridge) . Then just before serving dip them in chocolate ganache.
Chantilly Whipped Cream:
- 400 gr Cold Heavy Cream ( 14.5 ounces)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 tbsp Sugar ( You can add more to your liking.
Chocolate Ganache:
- 200 gr Chocolate (7 ounces)
- 200 gr Heavy Cream ( 7 ounces)
