Sometimes I don't get up early enough to do a full yoga workout before work, but I need to do something since I sit in an office chair all day. This was perfect. I can spare 5mins.

Ahh, wonderful! As time goes by, I get more and more faith in yoga practices of any length. When I first began yoga, I thought that I needed 40 minute practices to feel the benefit - but I've now realised that practices of this length are ideal when I don't have very much time. Thank you, Tara - I love your videos! :)

Wow, first time trying yoga, it was much harder than I though it would be but very good. I think a lot of people, like myself, are intimidated to try something like this, but I felt pretty good doing it.

this is really good and it's often something I do at the end of my workouts because it really stetches out your entire body in 5 minutes... I also love how her voice is so calming :)

Hey Tara, I've always hated stretching after a workout at the gym, but I've recently found doing some yoga instead is enough to keep it interesting (even if I get funny looks from everyone around me!) Please could you create a sequence that covers all the stretching I should be doing in a cool way that strings it all together. Big thanks! pete*

Great this is pretty much what my routine was coming to, however, thank you for picking this exact Q to make a video to Tara. Life is so busy these days, I could barely make a decision what to pick to focus on :) I would love it if you make similar routine about a short meditation. Have a great weekend :)

Hey Tara, I've been having some shoulder ache lately from being too long on the computer (the mouse being the culprit). Persistent pain between the right shoulder blades and neck area. I suppose you go to some home improvement store and ask for a one foot end piece or two(nailed together) that could be cut into a wedge. Have the angle cut to suit your needs. then positon it against the wall or door before doing the exercise. I hope this helps. :)

this was perfect for me! with the yoga solution, i have burned 3lbs in 3 weeks! i was wonderin gif you could put a fat burning yoga soloution soon? or do you already have one? im 14 and love yoga and you make it perfect! even my sister who is 12 loves it and uses it!

Hello, Tara. I am looking to lose about 15 pounds and do some serious toning/slenderizing. What would you recommend for a scheduled workout routine i.e, How many times a week, what time of day is best, and what/what not to eat for maximum results. I'm trying to focus more on becoming healthier rather than just the weight loss, so I felt that yoga was the way to go. Thank you ahead of time for your help, Deana. :)

Hi Tara. You inspire me-Thank you! Question: I find that my wrists hurt when I go into push-up position, or when I stay in down dog for more than a few second. Do you have any advice on positioning them, or maybe how to strengthen them, or even how to modify the push-up position? Sometimes I find myself coming down onto my elbows; do you think that's a good option? Thanks and keep up the awesome videos!!

Tara - is there a good routine for Chronic Daily Headaches (tension specifically). I've found that meditation and breathing helps so perhaps a routine where the mind is completely in flow thinking about the breathing and doesn't drift off. While doing the stretches that are good for headaches. Thank you.

Hey Tara! I have scoliosis. I do a lot of poses that really stretch my back and release the tention I get throughout the day such as: the triangle pose, back lengthener, spine twist (which usually did the best for me) and the cat, cow, sphinx and up dog poses. Lately however, I feel that these poses have not been working as well as they used to when I first started doing yoga. What can I do to fix this, or what other poses can I do to stretch my back? Hi Tara! I recently cracked my tail bone followed by several asthma attacks. I seem to be in better health this week and I'd like to strengthen everything I can physically and mentally. Yoga seems to cover both of those areas. What poses would you recommend a beginner with healing lower back injuries? I really enjoy your channel! Thank you for everything you do. Alexis

Hi! I was a yoga nut for two years. A year ago (at 20 years old) I had my colon taken out and can not do abs (aside from very basic balance) because it risks a hernia. Are there any yoga workouts that I can do or modify for my special case? I miss my yoga so much. I would so appreciate your help!

Tara, I know you have a video for shoulder pain, but I am curious if you have any suggestions for someone who is trying to rebuild strength in an injured shoulder? I tore my rotator cuff and while it has been some time, I find I still struggle to lift anything heavy. I'd like to strengthen it safely. I have a genetic disorder that causes arthritis (I am 21) and so I do not do anything high-impact, but strengthening muscles is a good thing and will cushion my joints. Thank you, S. R.

I'm wondering if you can help me. I broke my ankle a few years back so I don't have full range of motion. It makes downward dog really difficult and slightly painful if I take it too far. Would it be possible to do a video or just describe how I could achieve the same transition and stretch but many a different position? I would really appreciate any help. :)

Hi Tara, I would love to start doing yoga again but I suffer from frequent vertigo which makes bending and turning my head difficult. Is there any kind of yoga i can do that won't instigate a vertigo attack.

The yoga I like best for that is called "restorative yoga" search on youtube there is a 25 minute restorative yoga PERFECT for menstruations. i did it while I was sick and it really helped me MOVE instead of lay in bed all day doing nothing. Helped my body.

When you come up, stand super slowly and let your head be the LAST thing you bring up. Dizziness comes from standing up too quickly. If you come up slowly and let the head come last it will help. Also, practice yoga more often, your body will get used to it.

My bf has pain in the middle of his back, do you know any yoga poses that could help that area? I offered him to try the downward dog, and cat/cow pose, but he wants something other than those poses..

anyone can work out, not everyone can recover as fast as possible. fyi, recovering as fast as possible means NOT missing the sleep your body needs. hard work is the easy part, recovery is the real battle people!!

Hi I just join the group I do it outside under the hot not the sun but I’m wonder , is just me or my belly and boobs get in the way in some exercises ? What sure I were a ride shirt , or a “ magi faja “ to be able to be more comfortable . This is amaizing I do 4 videos a day @ same time 2 times morning and night , but I feel like my belly and boobs are in my way, will I loose weigh with this ? Is hard and I’m loving it

Is there a 5 minute yoga video that doesn't involve touching the floor with your hands/body? I study at the library for 8 hours a day and the floors are really dirty and unsanitary.

My God.... I loved the routine but quit in the middle of it, cause in my opinion you just talk so much girl! My body was loving it but my ears were not... gosh.
