Thank you for this excellent tutorial. I've been looking for a way to aerobicize the Sun Salutation, and integrating the Warrior poses helps!

really well done- I like the railroad tracks for warrior 1- helped with my feet a lot! I also like reverse warrior 2 which I hadn't been incorporating into my flow Thanks!

It means to stand on two parallel lines like railroad tracks (rather than standing on a tightrope, with both feet in in the same line).
