Asana or pranayama (breathing exercises) practise should be done on empty stomach. It is essential to be mindful to practise 2hrs after eating. Hope this helps.

Hello Yoga institute 🙏. By cooling body do you mean these Pranayamas will reduce body temperature ? Or just sense of cooling with no actual cooling ? Or cooling as of Pitta dosha ? If all of these is yes, do you have any physiological reason as to why that happens ? Thank you

Does Sitali pranayama reduces body temperature ? Does sitali reduces oxygen consumption or reduces heart rate ? Physiologically what it does is what i asked for.. thank you 🙏

Honestly, all the switching to different video clips is very distracting, especially in such a short video.
