In this video we show you how to make a tasty rasam in just 5 minutes .! I have paired it with a brinjalm fry and curry leaves Thogayal .

Tomato 2
Whole black pepper 1 tsp
Jeera/cumin 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds/Dania 1tsp
Bydagi dry chilli 4-5
Tamarind paste 1/2 tsp
Salt
hing
Ghee 1tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves
Curry Leaves Thogayal
Oil 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander Leaves
ginger
Dry red chilli 2
Tamarind a small piece

Fantastic recipe Madam. In Karnataka, we can't imagine rasam without jaggery. I think if you add little jaggery, rasam would be taken to the next level...🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Gottu rasam type two nu we call this rasam. After travel to outstation we make this rasam.. Inniki neenga panna rasam and thuvayal , brinjal fry is normally some food which we make once we reach home after travel to out station
