I worked for 5 years as a night Manager in a 5* hotel and morning I was working on myself to learn new skills. I was sleeping only 5 hrs a day and today I'm Running my own company. When I fell asleep I slapped myself.n me khud ko abuse krta tha bc jyda nhi sone ka and all are worth it. I'm a very hungry person because I Believe in big success.

Sir, 2 years ago I had seen your video wherein you spoke about the reaction you had received when your class 10th results were out...Last year when I was in 9th I had scored 75% marks in the final exam and since then the taunts, sarcastic remarks made by my family and relatives made me very depressed..I had lost all hope ,but then I started reading your books and saw your videos and they pulled me out of my dark phase.I had decided that 'Ab aukaat par Karn hi hai'....And I am extremely happy to tell you that my class 10 results were out on Sunday and I have scored 90.2% and most importantly " Aukat paar Kara Hain" thank you so much Sir.. (Ps My birthday also falls on 22 nd April, same as yours!!!😊) Ab toh aur Aukaat par karke khoob machana hain.

The following things have changed my life for the better Get atleast 7 hrs of sleep Work out 4+ days a week Eat healthy and home cooked meals Have a creative/intellectual hobby Work hard & smart for your goals/career Let go of toxic ppl Focus on mental health Reduce social media use Have fun & spend with ppl who actually care for you Also mornings matter but it may not be possible for everyone to wake up at 6AM due to various job demands without compromising sleep quality

Too true!though i am watching thos content today ..but i have applied it since one year into my life.snd actually it works great .after being a mother life was very difficult for me ..as a working lady ..i am a doctor.at times it was difficult for me to do work baby and home.but than i altered my lifestyle and achieved almost all the points which i set for me in last year .10 pm to 8 am is my no phone zone.

Working in rotating shifts is itself a challenge... I have experienced it for 14 years of my professional journey... Lots of challenges associated with working in rotating shifts.. Viz putting on weight, biological clock imbalance, reduced immunity,improper digestive system,lack of sleep etc etc... But after those 14 years of professional journey in rotating shifts, finally I got rid of it a year back and since then all my health parameters are more or less within limits.... As it is rightly said, A sound mind dwells in a sound body!!!

You are right .Best concentration is early morning .I automatically awake around 4am . Recently I designed LED Garden on River front kota .Early morning I use to go on site and trust me all ideas comes in mind so fast that I myself was amazed many times . Students must follow Chetan bhaget so they understand the journey of life ..

5 habits of winners - --> Prioritize sleep - Do not watch screen till late night (till 2pm). If you are doing it, it means life is not in your control. --> Wake up early - Sleep on time. Wake up early (between 6 to 7 am). --> Do not see screen as soon as you wake up - Instead go out and take the sunlight. It will energize you. --> Make a to do list - List 4-5 important things which you want to achieve today. If they are done, then remaining is free time. If they are not done, then you can put it off tomorrow. (Excess of putting things off tomorrow is a trap. Do not fall behind into it). --> Meditate - If not possible, do not take a certain pose. Just stay in a calm place (for 30 mins). No gadgets or other distractions around. Just listen to your thoughts during that time. Our brain releases 2 types of chemicals - one for activeness and another for non-activeness. In morning, activity chemicals are at its peak. It is the time when you can easily focus on a particular thing. Hence, morning should be used properly. Thank you, sir, for this amazing session on morning habits.

Me and my friend started a habit recently- In morning and night , going through the day we planned and see what we did accomplish and missed . how we are progressing holistically towards our goal . I sleep around 10:30 and wake up at 7a.m.⏰. A little bit of stretching to activate my body. I have a warm glass of water. What I enjoy the most is reading a book for about 15 minutes. Now, adding to-do list to the routine🙌
