Owlman isn't even evil though, he just believea that his choices don't matter because no matter the choice another Owlman somewhere would take the other path, if he chose to be good then another him would be evil and so on. Besides, Owlman isn't even Bruce Wayne. The Darkest Knight/BWL is Batmans worst nightmare come true, a Batman fully without morals who just wants to spread pain and suffering.

In the comics, Owlman hated The Batman Who Laughs and refused to join him because he believed he was the true anti-Batman, not The Batman Who Laughs. So Owlman agrees with you!

Actually TBWL actually got cured of the Joker poison after he became Batmanhattan, but TBWL stayed utterly evil, so in his core, TBWL is actually evil.

Laughs only got as far as he did because he lives in a multiverse where "whatever is the worst case scenario is what happens". He's not a realistic interpretation of what Batman going rogue would be, he's Bruce's literal nightmare made flesh. I'd argue Lex Luthor is a good version of what evil Batman in the main universe would be like; a charismatic and resourceful genius who uses that to fight heroes with god-like powers. Did he ever take over the world? No? Yeah, that should tell you how far Laughs would get if he belonged to the Light Multiverse

He's the closest thing to Lovecraft's Nyarlathotep I've seen in super hero media.

It's flawed because the moment he entered Earth prime an infinite number of universes where he did and didn't blow it up would come into existence, but none of them would truly be Earth prime since they're now split from the original timeline.

I see it a bit differently, for me its less a question of infinite possibilities, but the question if any version of Owlman can beat Batman. If the outcome of their battle was ever a question (i.e. even a 1% chance of Owlman winning) it would have happened in one dimension thus blowing every dimension up. So him loosing, doesn't matter. If there was never any chance of Owlman beating Batman i.e. 0%. Well, then him going for the abort doesn't matter either. So regardless of the outcome, him saving himself wouldn't matter...

he wasn't quite a villain and ended up being pretty intrical to saving the universe by getting Barry to fix his mess and ending Zoom.

I don't get how that happens. He was first good,then became evil,then became good again,then became evil again. You'd think the guy would decide on something at this point.

While I’m not necessarily disagreeing with you, I would like to know how any of those things make you an authoritarian. Especially the being skeptical of the government, I would think being a boot licker would be more authoritarian than constantly questioning said authority

Thanks man, I've actually been on a physio course these last few week; it's why I haven't uploaded much.
