Gonna be real as shown with a lot of jaegers it mainly depends on the pilots not only their combat ability but their link compatibility in general. Such as with Gipys danger. A nuke mounted arm cannon never hurts though.
Atlas seems to have a very similar build and style to gypsy I wonder if they had the same frame besides the conn pod and reactor room but besides that I found it interesting that jaegers are partially modifiable witch means if a jaeger wanted to get rid of a leg that has a heal or something missing and a fallen jaeger has a matching leg in height and strength that could be jettisoned for that prime condition leg though I highly doubt the conn pods and pelvis it’s self are modular sure mark threes needed to have the head separated from the jaeger the reason why is unknown to me but I feel that only the original head is compatible and a pelvic area would be hard to jettison from the body with all the joints and armour
Atlas had 8 kills because of it's new arm that means BEFORE it has a combat Jaeger it obviously had 0 kills because in one it's episodes it said it was a training Jaeger and had no weapons
Very nice list but I gotta disagree with where you placed gispy avenger. While avenger is a upgraded version of danger I didn't feel like avenger didn't accomplish as much feats as it's predecessor. While danger accomplished 9 kaiju kills prior to blowing up avenger only had 1 kill and had to destroy itself in order to achieve it's only other 2nd kill. Even though I think danger and berserker are the strongest out of the entire list I'm fine with obsidian being no 1
All good points my friend. And yes I deliberated them myself - based on track record Danger definitely accomplished more. But if all were equal - circumstances, pilots, do you think that danger could beat avenger?
@@kellydrinkwine6136 that's not a good excuse when we have 3 kaiju in pacific rim uprising and avenger didn't kill any of them individually and only when all 3 combined into 1 bigger ones. The lack of kaiju has little to do with it
I agree with you that Obsidian Fury should be on number 1. But, for the top 5, i would give it to Coyote Tango. He is just overpowered for a mark 1 jaeger. If you played Pacific Rim the video game with him, you would know
They all died at the end......the end scene was the AI giving them a happy ending / dream sequence, while they were being smashed to pieces by the kaiju
I think hunter vertigo is a mark 5. because going of of the conn-pod of bracer phoenix who according to the wiki is a mark 5. ok but bracer has halogaphic footholds like gipsy avenger and hunter has mechanical like atlas and what we also see on atlas is the thinner back connection seen In every later models. so the fact that the conn-pod looks more like the one in atlas( who i think was modified to be a mark five trainer) but the body being more like a mark six i think hunter vertigo was build before bracer phoenix and the integration of the holographic footholds around the middle of the mark 5 era.
6:14 nah, my oponion about obsidian furys strength is, he was only that strong because he didnt need two brains he had just one kaiju brain and if he were piloted by jaeger pilots how would his spinning torso work ?

I disagree with the placement of the top five of yours this is what I think 5.saber athena 4.striker uereka 3.striker berserker 2.Gipsy avenger 1.Gipsy danger I put gipsy aven And danger at 2 and 1 gipsy avenger beat the mega Kaiju and obsidian fury and gipsy danger number 1 cause he did alot of kills by himself in the movie he defeated 1 cat.3 and 4 category kaijus and destroyed the breach nuked the place where the kaijus were coming from idk why you placed gipsy avenger first and danger 4th it just doesn't make sense I agree with saber Athen on 5th cause of it agility and the weapon of her is great cause it cut through the skin of the mega Kaiju
I'm pretty sure non of this are that powerfull they are just the same it depends on the weapons and experience pilot it has and the amount of armor that can take hits and how it can last long Saber Athena is only fast but doesn't have a tough armor
No the principal is not the jeager it's the pilot and we can see this because in the first movie we can see that gipsy danger is no more powerful than striker eureka but he kill 3 kaiju in 3 battle and striker eureka kill one in the same battle

Well I got bad news every one SPOILERS AHEAD YOU HAVED BEEN WARN Well...... Apex got pumble to death by "BOY" when he in kaiju form WHICH IS A CATAGORY 2 BTW. Boy got his memory wipe and mind control by the sisters to fight Atlas and Apex come in to help and restore Boy memory and mean while Atlas malfuntion (can't do shit acept spectating mode on) and Apex can't hold Boy still so he got beat up almost got his head rip in half. Atlas reboot held Boy still Apex restore boy memory and f#%king die by his injuries. And now lets move on 2 Atlas Yall thought he got more upgread OHHHHHHHH BOY OH BOY I JUST WANT TO TELL YALL. No literly just no that new right arm and thats it. Oh wait a minute After that a few hours later........ Atlas got beat the shit out of him by an a F#%KING CATAGORY 6 F#%KING 6 THAT KAIJU IS MASSIVE LIKE ABOUT GODZILA HIEGHT BIG.
