I’m curious as to why you believe Victor is more powerful than Marcus seeing that Marcus is the original and only becomes more powerful once he becomes a hybrid. Also David should be here as well seeing that he gets stronger once he’s healed by Selene in Bloodwars

My list is: 1)Marcus Corvinus 2) Victor 3)Amalie 4)Selene 5)David I rank them like this: Because Marcus, Victor and Amalie are The Elder ones in the Death Dealers clan. Selene has ranked as I have she is a very strong Vampire warrior. She also becomes a Hybrid, when she receives Alexander Corvinus' blood. She can go out in the sunlight without getting burned. She has Michael Corvinus as her boyfriend, he is a Hybrid of a Lycan and a vampire. First bitten by a werewolf, then a vampire. Then Selene gives some of her blood to Michael, so that he can build up his powers. David is the son of Amalie and Thomas. Selene discovers that she has a Hybrid daughter. And do everything to protect her. She is even reborn in the water in the North, and gets her final powers. David becomes an Elder by Blood. Because he is Amalie's son.

I can't believe the first Underworld movie is 20 years old now. 😮 I remember it came out in Sept. 2003. I started my freshman year at college. Still one of my fave vamp flicks. 💙💙 Plus, the blue-tinted cinematography of the films. 😊

Amelia was set up which someone in the Nordic coven should have foreseen and she could have killed raze if it was just him. She is under appreciated and would like to see a movie based on her. All hail and rip the true queen of the damned

Michael should b like 1.5 as was half vampire too. I do wish there was another movie with him being alive cause if we all remember, he survived Marcus's death blows from impalement through the chest, so a throat slit should've healed. The Covenant film of 5 high school warlocks was made by the same producers, so a crossover film would've been awesome if that story had continued. Now vampire and werewolves here r the results of the twins Marcus and William with the Corvinus Strain, being bitten by a bat and wolf, 1 for each. Just imagine with other animals like a peacock, dolphin, swan, or a butterfly , etc. etc. My mind is imagining the dolphin would bring merpeople, seals for selkies, and butterfly would conjurors up fairies.

Victor only spared sellen because she was the only living person that had memories of the place or prision where William was locked away she was a key so to speak. They couldnt kill her. She was the sacred map.

Love it. I’m torn with Marcus and Viktor, not sure who’s more powerful. One was a father who loved his daughter more than anything, but still put the coven first in the grand scheme of things. William was Marcus’ weakness and strength in a way, but his desperation to wake William still led to his death. I’m not sure who wins in a face off. I support your decision.

I'd honestly have struck Amelia from the list, and done Victor, Sonia, Marcus, David and Selene from 5th to 1st place, Victor while powerful, as you said was not a match for Sonia, who was weaker than Marcus as the first vampire only loses to David and Selene being hybrids with Selene having centuries of training and combat experience with medieval weapons from bows and swords, to modern day firearms and explosives

Selene did not become a hybrid when she was given the blood of Alexander Corvinus, she just got enhanced way more powerful than any of the vampires u mentioned , she would only become a hybrid if she became a half vampire half werewolf

I agree with most of your list, but I'd have to put Viktor in the number 1 spot. I can't be the only one that remembers how easily he killed Raze and beat the living 💩 out of hybrid Michael Corvin. Lucian was the only 1 who didn't fear Viktor, and that was because Viktor had already killed everything Lucian ever loved. NOBODY was safe from Viktor, not even his only child. Even Tannis, Viktor's right hand, was almost killed by Viktor, when he had trouble finding the key to Lucian's collar. Viktor even had the original vampire, his maker, Markus, afraid to make a move against him. The only reason Selene was able to kill Viktor was the fact that Viktor was in the middle of literally choking the life out of Michael Corvin, when Selene struck the killing blow. Again, with the exception of Lucian, NOBODY, vampire or Lycan, wanted that smoke with Viktor. Selene, on the other hand, had everybody, from lycans to humans, to her own fellow vampires, trying to attack her, especially after she got a power boost from drinking the blood of Alexander Corvinus. 🤷🏾‍♂️ IJS

Personally I don't think Amelia was lax, overconfident or lacking in cautiousness. She simply didn't expect a betrayal from her own kind considering she was the most beloved elder out of the three original ones. It's an easy oversight to make in my opinion as lycans and vampires hate eachothers guts so the very notion of them teaming up to take her out of the picture was quite unexpected for anyone. I'd also rank Marcus above Victor since being the first vampire and already having spend a certain amount of years as a vampire before he turned Victor and Amelia would automatically make him more powerful. Unless we included political power in which case Victor would be ranekd above him; and Amelia as well. I'm also not sure Selene should be on this list in truth as she technically isn't a pure vampire anymore since she has been hybridised to some extent by the original Corvinus strain that she gained from Alexander's blood.

Definitely would not have put Victor above Marcus. The only thing Victor had over marcus was thenloyalty of the vampire army and the deathdealers. In terms of power Marcus outclasses him

why did Marcus not bit his brother William and turn him to a hybrid also when he released him? I never understood why that never happened. I also personally think by the end of the franchise that David should be top 5 as he has Selene blood making him very powerful and a pure blood.

At first I was kind of surprised Michael and Eve weren't on the list because I know they are hybrids but they are like half vampire but then I thought Michael and Eve are probably more so lycan than vampire I say percent wise 60 % lycan and 40 % vampire since they have to transform to get their full power which you can only do when your a Lycan so yeah it wouldn't make sense for them to be on a vampire only list

Im a huge underworld fan and I've watched all movies in the frnachise and even though selene is undoubtedly strong. I'll have to disagree that she isnt the strongest vampire. Marcus is the strongest vampire, he's an original and is far more stronger in his hybrid form. Selene should be the 2nd stronges, 3rd is victor,4th is amelia and 5th is Sonya

Marcus lost to selene because she used guns and the environment he is far more powerful than Victor also he got a marjor power boost, William lost because he hadn't fed in ages, Michael had the potential to be the strongest hybrid outside of eve but he didn't like blood much,

I believe the Vampires that are most powerful in the setting taken for Underworld would NOT be those Camarilla members. I would posit that Tzimisce, Losambra, and Goratrix are far far far far far far more powerful than these twits the film presents before us.
