The spinach in the puff pastry salmon has been cooked so much so many times, its dead. Pepperoni Pizza Pastry is something I'll definitely try, but do you not need to score it to let the steam out? I remember Claire from Bon Appetite having to make something similar and she had to device a way to let the steam out because the pastry kept exploding; it was a full chore.

Everything about this "short" was purfect( n yeah the music too!!)

I love tasty videos but can someone please explain something to me..The very last recipe if you put a layer of sauce next pepperoni an then cheese! How on earth did the end result have cheese layered in between the pepperoni? Jus wondering because that cheese was perfectly layered in between the pep.. Don't wanna hear nothing about it melting an oozing in the crevices because I have made Lasagna way too many times to know that the only way u get layers is to layer them..So tasty step it up..Please show us all the steps involved in a recipe..Because this is jus 1 of many recipes I have seen questionable!!
