1.Vlc or mx player both are okk 2.solid explorer is much much better than ex explorer 3. Thank u for apower mirror i don't know about that. I will try that app 4.ganna doesn't save any data. Which means we can't save our favt songs or any songs when u are shutdown the tv its going to be normal

I recently bought MI TV 4K box but I don't know how to show the configuration. can you make a short video on this like for example. 1. every time I need to select HDMI manually it's not autoplay even I selected autoplay. 2. Also I need to use 2 remote separate Mi TV 55 inch separate for mi tv box. 3. Also power of is not workingit is going on sleep mode instead of power off.

Same I too need to use my mi tv 4 remote and select hdmi and video resolution in mi box every time I connect. Also bluetooth is not working with my 5.1 it is not connecting but my mi tv is connecting this bug should be fixed... Another problem is with power it turns to sleep mode rather than powering off when pressed and no recent apps and ram clear option many bugs please help me out....

Hi sir, I have the mi box connected to my tv. I downloaded the A Power mirror app. It mirrors the phone as you showed, but when I mirror an audio playlist it shows the playlist, but the audio plays on my cell only and not on tv, but if I do the same mirror procedure with google home app the audio plays on tv. Can you please explain why. Thanks.

Using the Google home( in mobile) which is linked with cast in mi box. It is better instead of using apowermirroring or any other applications for screen mirroring

Sir maine yeh box last week liya. Please muje kutch query hain unhe solve kijiye. 1.Isme kitne gb tak ka pen drive or hard drive chalega mere pass 500 gb ka hard drive hai woh is box mein chalega kya. 2.Baar baar usb or hard drive nikalane par kya format karna hoga agar haan to ussse data lost hoga jo usme save hoga toh kaise ussse safe rakhen. 3.kaun si main 5 apps isme download karni hain live channel dekhne ke liye or smooth chalane ke liye. 4.Iske voice asistant sahi kaam nahi kar raha uske liye kya karna hai. 5.Aur kaun se best device lene chaiye isko smooth chalane ke liye like air remote or joy stick etc. 6.Video dekhne ke baad toda yeh clear karna hai jo video mein samaj nahi aaya. 7.Apps sideload mi box me direct download ho jayengi ya pen drive mein computer se karke phir box mein install karni hongi toh format issue hoga ke nahi. Please resolve my query.

Sir suggest me how I can play my mi box with wifi ethernet . And also usb port may increase all in one device. Send me link if any such device available who can run to mi box through Ethernet with usb port increase as pen drive & air mouse both need to play same time so require two usb port . Suugest best voice keypad air mouse remote also.

Product is not up-to-date. It has no option for recent apps or apps swap. If downloaded any file we can see and use file through file explorer but no option for delete even if I have tried with usb mouse. Right key of mouse only work as back button. If it has no option for old file delete how to manage storage issues. Sometimes remote taking more time than usual and we have to wait. any suggestion regarding these issues please suggest.
