Because they increased the price of the Toreador considerably. On R*s feedback / Suggestions page state that they should make it be available to be used again in missions / heists etc.
For missions the Karuma is by far my favorite. Being able to shoot out of the car gives me a big advantage in missions and heists when you have to kill a lot of enemies. For Free mode, the Insurgant is my favorite, oppressor misses have nothing on it. I don't like vehicles you can't shoot your handguns with.

Future shock zr380 is my favourite car for trolling but, mk2 just spam missles and blow u up, I have been shot tru the back and the handling ain't good, it always spins out and on take off the wheels spin forever. But it's so fun. Hit cars and ppl with the big spinning blade, shunt boost cars in the air or cars into players standing next to them in passive, drive at passive players and jump of the car and if it hits them it will kill them even in passive (u will die because u hit ur car jumping out but worth it) Drop 5 kinetic mines on top of each other and watch other players fly, I always do it outside ls customs 😆. And use the shunt boost with the jump ability and fly tru the air or land on buildings. Its fkn so fun.
Honorable mentions should include: Nightshark - Cheap, fast, can take more than a dozen rpgs/missiles to destroy, has machine guns. Has an armored window panel variant but I prefer mine without the armored windows so I can chuck sticky bombs at Mk2 broomstick riders. Halftrack - Affordable. Completely bullet proof windshield, slower than Nightshark but faster than a Khanjali tank, but super strong and can also take a dozen or more missiles to destroy. Paired with a 2nd player that can operate the extremely powerful gun turret (which there are two versions of) in the back makes it an extremely formidable defensive and offensive vehicle. It too also has an armored window panel variant but again I prefer mine unarmored to throw sticky bombs out of.
I agree with the Nightshark. In fact, in my opinion, it's better than the Futureshock. Sure the Futureshock has Nitro and a plow on the front, but the Nightshark can withstand FAR more explosives than the Futureshock and it also has one other claim that, pretty much, no other vehicle can claim. And it surprises me how often people forget about this one aspect of the Nightshark or flat out don't know about it. The Nightshark can't be flipped over. Or more accurately, it acts like a cat and will always land on its wheels. Unless, of course, it hits a tree or a wall first. And yeah, I run it unarmored as well for the same reason, lol. The other vehicle I'm surprised didn't make the list is the Ocelot Virtue. Now I know he mentioned Imani Tech in general, but I would have included the Virtue separately because it's FREE. All you have to do is complete Dax's Missions (First and Last Dose). And it being an Electric Vehicle, it his inherent Explosive Resistance even if you don't own an Agency to add Imani Tech Upgrades to it.
Had no clue the 3 different upgrades for the arena war workshop weren't all just equal. Futureshock is best in general for the others too, or just the one?
Can anyone help me, like I have a virtue that is 100% upgrade but stille gets destroyed with one RPG, not only this vehicle but other ones also. If anyone know, than let me know. Thank you.
I thought they nerfed the MOC. Mine only takes 34 homing missiles now which is very annoying as it was my pvp main. I keep asking R* support to confirm but they just give me automated responses without confirming anything.
@@elvpse I know that, it used to be my pvp main. I used to be able to tank double the amount of homing rockets before Mercenaries DLC and R* STILL won't give me a straight answer on how many it is supposed to take to destroy now. I have literally asked them over 10 times in as many clear and simple ways as possible. They refuse to answer.
8:03 The Speedo custom, Hellion and Monstrosity can do the same thing and have better handling so you don't run into everything but the Phantom Wedge is the best. Whenever I get tired of rockstar soft locking my game to cause me to run into something or giving me a three star for punching an npc, I use the Phantom Wedge on the wrong side of the freeway until they pop a hit mission at a phone while triggering a side mission to steal a Dubster full of drugs and the Good Samaritan mission catching a store thief at the same time in the same area. I despise woke diversity hires.
