Hi Clare, I love a good book recommendation. I actually have Austin's book but haven't picked it up for years, so I'm going to start with that one. I also love audiobooks that I can consume in a short period, so have added Derek to the list and I plan to head out for a walk just so I can listen to it. It's 31st October here in the UK we are deep in Autumn so heading out mid-day for a walk is essential in preventing S.A.D. Thanks for the recommendations and insights. Emma.
