But top lane didn't get as much changes as bot lane and the stattik Veigar build is getting very pooular cause he has infinite AP scaling and statik scales with AP
dont build veigar in ranked like this. it makes no sense. you want to stack your AP and not shiv minions away. also you dont want to be in auto attack range, you will be dead. its a stupid build.
I think Shiv is valid later in the build, once you've already played lane. Then again I'm used to playing in auto range since I've been going Fleet for a while, so take this with a grain of salt I guess
bro this isn't even off meta builds. this is what every noop should use bcs other than that it at least the weak version (yasuo players won't stop rushing static shiv first )
