One reason many people whip the whipping cream before adding the condensed milk is because it makes it heavier, so it won't fluff up as well therefore becoming dense. But, some people are fine with this.
For the vegans here, you can totally do this with "Silk Heavy Whipping Cream Alternative" and coconut condensed milk. I find that it turns a little too thick with only these two, so I also add Silk Coffee Creamer, one splash at a time, as I whip the mixture... until I reach the right consistency :)

Peaches are my favourite summer fruits so I definitely need to try the peach melba ice cream 😍 the apple pie and strawberry shortcake are calling my name too, though.
Those ice creams all look very delicious and I can't wait to try them !! My only concern is that there may be ice crystals forming while the ice cream is chilling into the freezer. Any tips on how to avoid that?
It does look like combining the unbeaten cream with the condensed milk leaves the whole thing very liquid while beating the cream first and then just folding in the sweetened condensed milk would in theory make it fluffier. I have no idea really... just seems to me like it!
We use cardamom in our everyday cooking , in rice or for meat or chicken its removes the bad smell from it and also sometimes when somebody happen to have bad breath they recommend to him to chew a cardamom seed

Eton Mess ice cream - mix small strawberry pieces, strawberry puree and crushed meringue into ice cream base Bakewell tart ice cream - mix small pieces of Bakewell tart into ice cream base Battenburg ice cream - mix small pieces of Battenburg cake into ice cream base
I'm craving that Peach Melba ice cream and I eat anything, that has mango in it, so I'll be heading to the store right now! But of course the rest looks delicious as well, so I guess I'll be living on ice cream for the rest of the week :D
Gonna do an M&M flavour ice cream based on these ideas.I don't have a blender or mixer, so will have to buy them then it will be ready, steady GO! LOL!! Just a question: Why does it have to be condensed milk that you add to the sweetened cream? Could not you just add full fresh milk?
Your take on “apple a day keeps the doctor away” is definitely my way of life lol I currently have a competition going on at work and the winning group gets a pizza party. If my group wins, the other group’s leader is going to do push ups while we enjoy pizza. Who said you have to be the ones burning that pizza calories? Lol I already have 5 types of store bought ice cream in the freezer... but I literally want every single one of these. It’s hard when ice cream is life😭
Not fair I can only thumbs up once and I love all 5, making everyone of these this summer, but I will use shortbread cookies for the crunch in the strawberry shortcake and because that’s what I have 😂
