As a Bengals fan, I’m saying the same thing. They gave the Bengals a PI for no reason less than 2 minutes out from the end of Super Bowl 56. That, along with the refs missing an offsides penalty on Aaron Donald at the very end of the game, showed you the refs wanted the Rams to win it all. I wish any team but the Rams went that year.

true but it was a legit penalty... Don't get me wrong I wish they hadn't (thats how fun the game was) but it wasn't a bad call. The dude admitted after the game he held him. That and the Super Bowl 53 one are the only ones i argue on this list. 53 was bang bang with ball in the air. 57 was legit.

Agreed. Why would you call a 15 yard penalty for throwing the ball in the air long after the play was over? It had zero effect on the actual game, and it's no different than spiking the ball.

If anything, they handed the Rams the Super Bowl in Super Bowl 56. Tampa won by 22 as the Chiefs offense didn’t look great in that Super Bowl. The Bengals, on the other hand, looked good for the most part in Super Bowl 56, but the refs messed up their chances of hoisting the Lombardi trophy by a controversial penalty call and a missed penalty call, both favorable to the Rams and unfavorable to the Bengals.

If the game is close, they definitely will. The Swift cringe has made the NFL an estimated $300 million already, not to mention the casuals meatriding mahomes. There's no way the NFL lets them lose unless they get blown out

Patrick Mahomes can and has won many cleanly officiated games. As this point in the season, helping Taylor Swift win seems like the most logical thing for a dishonest referee to do. No referees and no one in the general public cared about the Kansas City Chiefs five years ago, and now they are good and have America's attention. Let's be honest, Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and the Chiefs defense have championship DNA and pedigree. They're good. They can win this game without the officials. Unfortunately, we're not surprised if the referees show up in this Super Bowl. If the Chiefs must win, just win without the officials and with clean hands. Then Taylor Swift haters cannot blame the NFL for anything.

Super Bowl 56 feels the same way to me. Losing that game and losing because of the refs makes me want a Super Bowl WIN that much more. I pray the Bengals are 2+ possessions ahead when they return to the Super Bowl, so they can’t be screwed from a win next time.

That call was legit and Bradberry acknowledged he held him (it was defensive holding). I wish it wasn't called as it was a downer ending to a great game... but it was a legit penalty.

And one Chiefs Super Bowl loss is here. Mahomes was cheated vs. Tom Brady in two playoff games. Make no mistake, I believe that Patrick Mahomes has enough integrity to not deliberately involved in any riggings. It appears that a few officials have made him their new favorite. As long as the refs don't show up one week from now, I can be accepting of the Chiefs potentially winning.
