I got a sample of Sucrabeille "Blood and Bones: Old Gods of Appalachia" which I guess is niche, and I love it. For the last 50 years I've worn Avon Sweet Honesty in summer (though it smelled better on me at 17 than at 68). Anyway it was one of my "disappearing" scents, and is back-ordered to NOVEMBER from Avon, so I got 2/3 of a bottle on Mercari along with a flanker that came out much later and I'd never heard of: Sweet Honesty Forever. I thought it smelled of violets, but apparently is primarily a lily note. I love it, though I don't smell it on myself after 15 minutes; I was told today, however, that I smelled good, so I guess it agreed with me. I'm always so thrilled to be told that I smell good.

I enjoy Frangipani by O.Jayne, it smells like lime, peaches and tuberose for me, summer in a bottle. And I just purchased a vintage of Fleurs d' Oranger by SL. Love the first batches of this, so strong on the orange blossom and tuberose, juicy in the beginning and musky at the end without the cumin (or less), great one for summer nights ❤

My amouage spring scent is interlude woman. Other than these I love Grace de Monaco promenade sur le rocher, Sucreabeille don’t panic, Guerlain l’heure bleue and zoologist nightingale. Last summer I thoroughly enjoyed ‘Synthetic Jungle’ by Frederick Malle (re-named to synthetic nature, I believe) but to my nose, this is extremely close to the original 1980:s Anaïs Anaïs, which I wore mainly as a bedtime scent in those days…
Hello, Gabi 🙂 Unfortunately, Fragonard is discontinuing their original fragrance and another one has just come out under the same name (close to Eau des Merveilles, to my mind). However, you can still find the original fragrance in some Fragonard boutiques in Paris.... and maybe in Grasse 🤷♀️
I have sunshine Amourage and love it. I tried serveral Fragonard perfumes like 15 years ago while in France (I didn’t know back then about this brand) and omg !!!! All beautiful; too bad that is not sold here in Canada

They have launched a new version of Fragonard (very confusing) which is slightly different. I agree with you about mandarin notes, they're a bit sweeter and more fun than orange. Hi Gabbi, I have Sex and the Sea Neroli, but I am having a hard time enjoying it. I appreciate the artistry, but I can’t get past a fatty smell I get from it, even when I try layering something else on top. I love how we all get different things from the same fragrance. If anyone in Australia is interested in this one, mine’s available😎
Hi Gabi! For some reason my comment from last night didn’t get posted? Funny, huh? Amouage is such an exquisite house. It’s sad to hear they were acquired by one of the conglomerates. I haven’t tried a lot from them. I tried one that was very similar to Opium. I also tried Love Tuberose which didn’t feel like an Amouage fragrance at all. I’d love to try the Francesca Bianchi scent you mentioned. From your description, it sounds divine. But is it really that skanky? I remember reading some pretty bad reviews. Pretty bad is an understatement.
