I know some viewers have commented that you shouldn’t give Gracie cheese because cats are lactose intolerant. So good news for you, cheese is naturally lactose free. Especially the harder cheese. The enzymes used to make cheese consumes lactose and turns it into lactic acid. So keep making Gracie happy.

I'm lactose intolerant and that is just not true! None of them are, they just have less lactose. Only hard cheeses are low in lactose and, goat's cheese. And believe me that doesn't always work. The pain and torture of eating some cheeses when they don't agree is horrible. I call B.S!

Mandy, I use ground turkey and I add thick and chunky salsa and since it’s just me, the next night it’s taco meat and then burgers !! And that’s with just a pound of meat !! I will add corn in my next one….believe me !! I absolutely love love love watching you all cook…..and Stephen’s a hoot !!❤❤❤

I have the taco meatloaf, with the recommended enchilada sauce, in the oven right now. I"m so excited to try it! I don't have a Gracie to feed the extra cheese too, but my dachshund, Auggie Doggie, was very happy to be a Gracie stand-in for that part. @@NGLaw56 Delicious! I highly recommend the recipe and the suggested addition of the enchilada sauce. The only thing I would change is to add some diced jalapenos or use the hot version of the rotel. It just needed a bit more of a kick for me.

Another great video! Thank you Mandy. When you added the beer to the Sloppy Joe’s it reminded of something I haven’t had in years and that’s Kielbasa cooked in beer. If I remember right it’s just cutting the kielbasa into about 1.5 inch pieces and adding to a skillet on about medium high and lightly fry the kielbasa, drain any excess grease then add enough beer to cover the bottom of pan but not completely submerge the kielbasa, bring to a light boil, then turn down to gently simmer. Stir occasionally. When the beer reduces it creates almost a syrup consistency, coating the kielbasa. Good served as an appetizer or with potatoes and a vegetable.

Your firecracker casserole is almost just like my cowboy casserole. Same ingredients except the spices you added to the beef which I will try. Tip: just mix your beans soup and rotel together much easier. I use chips instead of tortillas. It’s been a family favorite for years.

My family loves cheeseburger soup. I always do mine on the stove though. I do like 4ish cup of potatoes. 1cup carrots, around a cup of onions. And 3/4 cup of celery for veggies. I serve it with sliced Italian bread from Walmarts bakery. So good

I made the beer bacon and cheese sloppy joes and they were delicious and easy to make..I started with a half cup of beer but it continued to thicken to much so I added a little more beer maybe a fourth of a cup at time getting up to a cup total. My husband liked these but preferred the ones that I usually make

Love your videos and ,of course, a word from the common tater! I do a similar taco meatloaf and shape them into individual size and top with either enchilada sauce or salsa and at the end of baking top with pepper jack or sharp cheddar and back into the oven to melt it.

Mandy and Steven, this is my first time commenting, however I’ve watched you for awhile now, with my 5 year old granddaughter, 2 year old grandson & 1 year old granddaughter. We all love your recipes, your amazing chemistry, the way you treat your subscribers, etc. The four of us plan our meals from favorites we’ve enjoyed!!! Glad we found you few years back. P.S. when you need to cut cherry tomatoes, grapes, etc. get two plates, put whatever needs cut in between two plates. Place hand firmly on top plate. All of these recipes sound amazing, especially the meatloaf and the roadkillsteaks. Definitely going to try both. Thank you Mandy for si many wonderful ideas for meals. I really appreciate that your recipes are smaller, but still allow for enough leftovers for another great meal. Living alone, I prefer that. Thank you again for more great ideas. I have shared your videos with so many, and several have made your recipes and love them.

I’ve been making the taco meatloaf for a while and our family loves it! Instead of the sprinkle of cheese on top though I mix: 1/2 C. Red Enchilada Sauce 1/2 C. Brown Sugar I baste the top of the meatloaf with the mix for the last 5 to 10 minutes. It’s great!
