Maybe I'm late, but your kingpin build is almost perfect for a leech, cause both perks have a lot of the same mechanics. It makes sense to play on a leech with a commando, because it allows you to instantly kill cops in batches, restore your health to max in a seconds and on top of that you get complete invulnerability for all 10 seconds while the ampoule effect is in effect. You can remove the hostage taker and spend free points on something useful. I usually invest these points in drill skills. Commando+leech combo is the most stupidly overpowered thing in a game i have ever seen and experienced. And by the way, do not spend points on leveling optical illusions, this skill does not work as indicated in its description. The cops will not focus you only if all teammates are at the same distance from them, otherwise they will focus either the nearest target to them or the one who attacked them first. Roughly speaking, this skill works only in a vacuum in laboratory conditions, in a normal game this skill is useless, it's a waste of points.

Liked the video. The editing and explanations were solid and I think new players can get a lot out of this. The builds however I think were only decent, as there are still a few flaws in the majority of them that contradict the perk deck or the other skills they're paired with. Build 1: fine Build 2: As a kingpin main myself I always recommend people to only get hostage taker basic, as the aced skill will be useless in 99% of scenarios. Due to the way healing works with the injector, the most likely scenario at the end of an injection is you being at enough health to die to a single heavy shot. Having the tick from hostage taker basic will already put you above this. At any other point you should be able to bullseye at least once during your injection and then get to this threshold. On top of this kingpin is a very aggressive perk deck. You'll usually get a bunch of kills during the injection and lower your cooldown. Even if you didn't you'd spend 24s without the injector which is barely not enough to get 20% health back with hostage taker aced. These points are simply better spent elsewhere. Build 3: getting 2 jokers is always more powerful than 1. I get that you wanted to save points since ICTV is expensive, but they survive so much longer and will allow you to switch out converts so that you're never without a boost or health regen. Not having surefire aced will also severely limit your range. Yes, the ksp is very stable and body expertise is seen as "the skill for people who can't aim", but being able to shoot the body simply increases your effective range by up to 5 times due to how much larger the enemy hitbox becomes. We can't see it in the clip, but if you're actually getting focussed down and you have to shoot enemies in the distance who are looking at you with this build, you're going to struggle a lot. Build 4: fine Build 5: Yes, graze is op as hell. Yes, leech is op as hell. Combining these two however is very contradictory and I think the clip speaks great volumes as to why. Graze is a skill best utilised in a passive playstyle, where you can safely shoot entire groups of enemies without having to put yourself at risk. You'll generally have a lot more trouble dealing with enemies who are charging you but you get great killing potential and can be extremely effective with good positioning. Both of those points are the opposite of what leech excells at. Leech is another one of those decks that let you be extremely aggressive. You can push right into the faces of enemies and kill entire groups because they simply can't kill you fast enough. Any type of automatic weapon will be very effective at making the most of the leech effect, as you can be aggressive and kill anything in your path (including dozers). This will let you spend the vast majority of your time being in the enemies' faces under the perk deck effect. What we see in the clip instead is the exact opposite. Most of the time is spent firing at cops from behind cover and utlising bullet penetration (as you should), only occasionally using the effect to push into a couple of stray enemies and having that be all you do with the 10 second duration. After this you're stuck to this same playstyle struggling until you manage to get enough kills to get the ampule effect again. It's not a bad build by any means, but it could be so much stronger.

On my dodge build I followed the build perfectly but his dodge is 35 while mine is 20, my detection risk is the same (23) and I can get it lower by using a concealment boost on my 2nd weapon. Why does he have a higher dodge! Is it because of his imfamy?
