Everyone is unique with different skills and ways of thinking. Each job has its own set of responsibilities, and it's not right to give advice without knowing someone personally. I recommend scheduling a one-on-one call with me or connecting with someone in a similar role on LinkedIn. Also, consider doing a SWOT analysis. Good luck!
