The VICTIM of the assault and theft should insist that the perpetrater was charged. You had enough evidence on your devices to warrant the charges. He should have asked the library staff to come out and speak with you. He,s only their to keep up the maintenance of the building. That female in uniform who worked for the council didn't have the right to ask you to move away and question you or give you advice.

Paul gets more pleasure from pretending to have authority over people visiting the building than he does picking up a wage packet. His ego overrides his brain.
She was only an enforcement officer and was out of her duristiction, especially getting involved with an incident that should only be dealt with by the police when an assault has taken place. And paul the caretaker should have informed the correct people who work in the library to come out and deal with the situation. A lady near the end of the video asks nny if he,s filming and again paul the caretaker just has to illegally intervene and speak over her. And a useless plod just stands there instead of telling him not to get involved with other peoples conversations. He insisted he wanted to speak in private to the plod, and nny politely complied. If he wants respect, he has to show respect to people. He didn't have any legal authority to snatch mb,s property out of his hand and refuse to return it. Police stations, fire stations , town halls and libraries receive their wages and pensions from people paying their council tax charges.

No there’s no come on about it. Paul made his decision when he opened his I’ll informed mouth. He was quite obnoxious to say the least. Yes these guys should concentrate on corrupt police officers, but Paul the poor council worker on minimum wage. More than likely the care taker. He did make himself busy. With his I’ll informed decisions. Regarding photography and the law. That was the whole point of this audit. To show up dickheads like Paul. And his arrogant attitude towards the general public. WOW! Those library employees are unbelievable. Are they working in the library because they wouldn't be employed by any other business? The council enforcement officer was excellent, truly professional and superb at dealing with a difficult situation within the boundaries of her authority.

NNY, you are undoubtedly one of my favourite auditors, you and one or 2 others. Only issue I have is I would see you as more professional and more pleasant to watch when you are doing solo audits. No disrespect but I find your whole demeanor changes when you are auditing with certain other auditors. That's the only criticism I have for you but besides that keep up the good work. 👍

Write to the man or woman who is the in charge of the library and bring it to their attention that one of their subordinates interferes with your right to access the public building. And what are they going to do about it and compensation for trespass If nothing gets done sue them
