There's no doubt the ball was touched by an Oklahoma player on the onside kick. It got kicked forward about 15 yards. Close but no cigar Sooners.

Something about Riley, he is great at calling attacking offense but struggles at reactive offense. KSU brought pressure from Jalen's left side all game. He should have ran some screens that way to freeze the blitz.

This is only the second game the Sooners have played against a team with a winning record. Their first game, Texas who just lost to TCU, the Sooners won by only 7. This game.... well, you know what happened. The committee has been kind to Oklahoma so far, but they're 0-3 in playoff play and it's time to start questioning how much a Big12 championship is really worth. Oklahoma will need to DOMINATE their last four games and the Big12 championship if they have playoff aspirations.

They play absolutely no defense outside of the SEC, ACC and BIG 10. As far as I'm concerned these are the only conferences that deserve to be ranked.

What a strange season.

The sooners shouldn't have been down 25 points that was their fault but, that was a horrible call by the official. The player was clearly blocked into the ball on the onside kick, therefore it's a legal touch. They cheated ou that day.

I never understood why people kept saying this Oklahoma defense was "much improved". Well, I guess they are based on Oklahoma and Big 12 standards but that's not saying much. Oklahoma has become the place QB's go to in order to pad their stats and increase draft value. Jalen Hurts was very smart to transfer there. While he's much improved from 2017 (Dan Enos helped him in 2018 immensely), I still don't think he'd be putting up these numbers in the Big 10 or SEC and maybe not even the ACC. Don't get me wrong, he'd still be elite just not with numbers like those at Oklahoma.

Oklahoma sucked in this game and deserved to lose. But to all the haters calling them chokelahoma just look at what they have achieved over the last several years. 3 playoff appearances, Heisman winners back to back, conference champs 4 years straight. The games they lost in the playoffs were to teams that were better than them.

Well now if the sec beats the crap out of each other we might still get a big 12 contender in the playoffs.

Don't care what I read below, OU still isn't taking defense seriously. Been a glaring issue for the last 5 seasons. And honestly, haven't seen aggressive defensive efforts from OU since the very early 2000s. They're only half a championship-caliber team, I don't care how many TDs the offense can muster.

It just goes to show you even if you do have the best team and athletes it still doesn’t promise you a win I’m a Sooner fan and I was concerned about this one all week our defense look like last yrs defense today 🤮
