The Nike Air Jordan Retro 1 is one of my favorite sneakers of all time. The midnight navy color way has been underrated for a while. However, they will be rereleasing in the OG high cut and I am pretty excited about it! The odds are against me in securing a pair, but I figured I'd utilize my 2001 pair to create 5 outfits to provide some style inspiration for those that would be interested in it. THE SNEAKERS IN THIS VIDEO ARE THE 2001 RELEASE! I state this in the FIRST minute of the video!! I watch how to style clothing and sneakers. I am a sneakerhead, but my 9-5 job i have to dress casual / no jeans. So i love the how to style videos using Chelsea boats , overcoats, suits, etc. Your video of tapering your own jeans made me go by a sewing machine to taper my own pants . Keep the sneaker videos and casual clothing coming .

I like outfit number three. That overcoat, hints of red flannel, dark denim jeans with the cuff for texture and shade and the white under shirt gave it a nice pop than that Cubs dad hat brought it all together.

i agree the bots really have changed sneaker culture i started in hs back in 2009 I would simply save up money go to my local footlocker an hour or two before release and cop. I think that for the most part all of your looks are dope but what I like is that you're being stylish without trying too hard. Not showoff a lot of brands & you aren't trying to push loud colors to be hip. I'm in my 40's & I'm not ready to give up on the fashion game just yet but I'm not trying to be 25 neither. but my favorite looks were 3, 5, & 1. The other too looked ok but I don't do the distress jeans, my momma wouldn't let me leave the house with holes in my clothes, lol. 👍🏾

I loves sneakers but absolutely HATE the sneaker game.... dudes using bots to buy 100s of shoes they dont want just to sell them for more money to people who actually want them.. It’s disgusting .. and the ONLY reason I got the mochas is because I was lucky and got early access.

Outfit # 3 was my favorite! Honestly shopping across the waters is the way to go in today’s times. I’m not paying 2x to 10x more for shoes that retailed for $170 or $190. Idgaf what anybody has to say, because do wtf I want with my 💵. I NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHY PEOPLE CARE SO MUCH WHAT OTHERS THINK. Plus the replicas are becoming so good that they are hard to even tell. Pretty soon resellers want be as profitable, which will cause a lot to quit and find other ways to make money.

Another great video, Rio and here's why. I've worn them since I was like 11 or something. I would wear them from when I was super into soccer when I was nine or 10 and then through basketball. And I never lost affection for just how it looks. They look great with shorts, they look great with pants. They're just a beautiful shoe that isn't too tech-y or futuristic.
