my advice is to wear what makes YOU happy. yeah you might get some looks or some comments. but when you look in the mirror at your fit and you feel confident. nothing else matters. fashion is an art and everyone expresses it their own way. it’s part of what makes us feel like ourselves so don’t let people’s feelings on it bother you
On wearing denim on denim... Choose totally opposite shades or exactly same also if youre wearing loud tops choose a subtle bottom.. Like if your wearing bright colored tops don't wear bright colored pants or pants with too much pockets to neutralize the fit @wildeyewilly
Fashion is always changing, where we see every year, there's something new or reoccurring. I personally think fashion is subjective, everyone has their own unique style. As long as you wear what you're happy and confident with, that's the way to go. @dailoevan_
mistake #6 letting youtube and instagram dress you. be an individual, and try different shit out, figure out what you honestly enjoy in fashion, and have an opinion instead of being a sheep.
i like to watch these to see if i can gleem any new ideas or knowledge from what's going on with what's "in right now". whether that be cool colors, color blocking patterns, fits, silhouettes, vibes, etc. and sometimes i just watch to laugh at the dumb shit these channels say. one video they'll be telling you something is "wack" and in the next "it's hot".
Hey just something y’all should know, can you make the music less loud, cause I’ll be chilling watching your video then music starts blasting in my ear. Just some feedback.
Please do more fashion tips videos. I’ve learnt a lot about street wear fashion watching you guys. It’s good that you’re talking about men’s wear and street fashion fused. I normally refer to this page and Alpha M (men’s wear) when I wanna get tips. So it’s convenient that you two brought this in one video.
The mixture of street and men’s wear is like wearing some clean, ripped, and/or skinny jeans, with like the simple hoodie and a flannel over top, and pair of complimentary Jordan 1’s or forces or sum like that, simple, yet clean
to note what Johnny was saying about pants/jeans. Personally I been going to the gym more and the fit around my thighs for clothing has changed. I really had to search for pants were more high cut around the waist and slim jeans with some type of "stretch" to them for more room in the thighs. I went with Lucky Brand denim and eventhough they arent as tapered below the knee as I would like, they still fit the best to me and I DIDNT have to size up. Levi denim is too stiff for my personal taste and most are cut below the waist wear so it shrinks the size from the space from your waist to your knees. just my little story on it.
“Anyone can go out there and just buy a pair of three thousand dollar sneakers” ... we must be from different planets cos your definition of anyone is drastically different from mine
3 года назад
Nah g anyone can make a thousand dollars for sneakers if they work smart and work hard. Easiest shit to do is start reselling. If you want money you get money.
Anyone has the potential to to be able to buy 3000 dollar shoes.. If you break it down he’s just saying knowing how to dress is a great equalizer if you can’t get 3000 dollar shoes
No Lie I felt the second one. I was Fendi print out from the jacket, shirt, and bag. I try to tone it down with Thom browne gray and white sneakers to tone it down. But it was still IMO Overbearing
When it’s winter time I wear my casual dark blue sweater and my black winter jacket. Sometimes zipped up. Then I usually wear cargo pants with my vans.
My fashion advice - Build up a wardrobe of basic pieces which you can accent with your heavy hitting pieces, you can find reasonably priced fill-in pieces from Goodwill or just thrifting at your local Salvation Army, you can also do your good deed and donate some of your old stuff, since you'll be replacing it anyway with new pieces. I'd work out your color palette and what looks best according to your own unique skin color, eye color, and overall personality. I'd learn a little bit about color theory and color blocking too. That will go a long way. Also, never wear brown/black or navy/black together, as they're too close to the same hue. You don't have to be rich to be fashionable.
I was gonna start hating on this being like 'just let people dress how they want'. But then I watched the whole thing and you guys make some pretty legit points.
e usana youre missing the point bro🤦🏽♂️ BE YOURSELF! They aint the gods of fashion tf, u acting like they make the rules. Once again imma say it louder for the niggas like you in the back, FASHION IS ABOUT INDIVIDUALITY
Nor do they claim to be dressing gods, they’re simply giving tips if you wanna dress in their style. Some of their tips seem kind of demanding sure, but it’s just tips in the end. Everyone should dress how they please, that means there’s no reason people should be slandering them for “telling people how to dress”, because people will follow the style if they like it, and won’t follow it if they don’t.
this is what you have to learn in fashion don‘t wear what everyone ist wearing if it doesnt fit your body well. some guys are looking ugly and another guys with the same outfit are looking amazing. everything is about the fit. i‘m sorry for my disgusting english skills 😂
Recently got into Aime Leon Dore. Got their New Balance Collab with the "International Friendship through basketball" tee in grey. That subtle if you know you know vibe. Pretty pricey tho, but if you have the $ to spend. It's nice. Quality is on point too
Agreed, also using small logos looks dope, but paying the same price for a white t shirt with a small logo... Just but a white t shirt than, big logos isnt bad when the fit look like lean and clean, thw problem is that people tries to use with a lot of other Brandt sruff to
This is why I wear supreme box logo tees and a just throw on some yeezys or Jordan’s you can wear it with jeans or sweat pants and it’s still subtle. Of course I have other stuff but you can’t go wrong with it as the box logos aren’t too big and come in many different colors.
Well as a shorter guy you could still rock those yeezy boots, you would just have to compensate for that by wearing higher wasted jeans or pants to make up the perceived length. of course, if you really can't rock with the higher wasted, yea...the boots just ain't it. But it's all knowing how to play with the proportions.
So I'm literally rebuilding from nothing was locked up anyway thrift stores n second hand mainly platoe closet and blue (a goodwill boutique) I've found so much 🔥💯 I'm unemployed and living off flipping drip and my collection biggest it's every been
I got big thighs but a smaller waist. When i size up and wear a belt i get that extra material around the waistband of the jeans that sinks UNDER the belt and if i bend over or move around a lot it will bubble out. It sucks because i love how skinny jeans fit.
Idk about the logo thing lol coz I don’t feel the same with a Gucci logo crew v a bogo coz I feel the problem is streetwear is logo logo logo logo then u have designer which even big logo iteams feel more earned coz Gucci has way more history same for lv same for prada ext
another tip/advice: invest in carefully considered essential pieces for your wardrobe. it’s better to have 2 white tees costing 100$ of great quality, fit and sustainable than 10 tees costing 100$, that’ll wear out after 1 wash and unethically produced. @jkoizora
