Yes, I'm working on moving to Paris, at least to stay for 6 months out of every year. I wouldn't choose New York. No way!! Parisians are cold at first, yes, when you don't know them, and in public transportation, but, the architecture, the number of things to do and places to be, there is not a worthy comparison.

Ballayage is a french word and a french technique.' Born' in France. So I guess Parisian women would normally follow it, because of all hair-paint techniques, ballayage has the most natural, subtle effect. And this is what parsian style is supposed to be anyway:Carelessly and effortlessly chic☺

To me, they dress like how we all dress. Wearing lingerie and long/oversized coats, cardigan and a baggy jean pants. The difference only is that she wears a beret (correct me if im wrong with my spelling)
