The theme of this video is “Don’t give up! Just keep swim in!” I love it! I’m a lady of 70+ yrs and am now 5’2”. That makes for a rather round shape. Haven’t always been just round, but some very annoying very persistent abdomen cysts created this body and it’s the one I have. Thanks to you, literally , I have been learning to love what I have. That works better than hating the one we are in. Thank you for your advice of “ Just keep swim in” and I will do that. Have a Lovely Day swim in in what were in, and just stay healthy as you can.
