@azminahshall8871 Well said dude. There is so much background to this, pros and cons on both sides, that I personally have difficulty supporting either side. Unfortunately though thr innocent people gotta pay most of the price. Unfortunately there is propaganda on all sides, just like with most topics (eg. Russia-Ukraine war, pandemic, etc.). People tend to stick with one POV and news source and are not even able to have a two-way conversation.

Your fascetious comment doesn't disprove the reality of Gaza being a walled-off concentration camp with a blokade imposed on it by an occupying force that can switch on and off the water and electricity whenever it wants, that prevents Gazans from fishing or farming, prevents Gazans from leaving... The fact that Palestinians continue to try to live and lead as normal a life as possible despite their circumstances is testimony to the human spirit and their grit, ingenuity and strengt They had a social life in the ghettos during the Nazi period - they made an effort to continue living as normally as possible... The land never legally belonged to Muslim Arabs at any point, stop telling yourselves these fairy tales - the land was ruled for thousands of years by different empires, and a mixture of different inhabitants lived there: Muslim Arabs, Christian Arabs, Jews, Druze, even small groups of Armenians and Circassians. The Jews received permission from the United Nations to establish their own state in 1948, just as the Arabs also received such permission to establish their own state, and could establish it already in 1948, But they decided that only Muslims are allowed to live in the Middle East and started a war of 5 armies of Arab countries against the Jews, in order to ethnically cleanse all the Jews from the entire area! Are you aware of how many times the Palestinians have refused peace proposals and the establishment of their own state since then? Yes, it is an open air prison. Majority of people will never be able to travel outsidemof the strip. Israel controls who is allowed to enter/exit, including the Egyptian border. Israel controlled how mucb electricity, water, food is allowed to enter Gaza, and they made sure Gaza would receive just the minimum required to survive (read about Israel calorie count). Electricity was available every 8 hours, meaning you have electricity for 8 hours, then no electricity for another 8 hours. And by the way these resources were paid by taxes collected from the Palestinian Authority
