i did sell Nico for a 1st when mid last season when i was out of the playoffs but i used that, another 1st, Mccarthy, Aidan O, and a 3rd, for Mahomes and the 2.03 (Penix). still have AJ Brown, Dell, Aiyuk, Ridley
As a packers fan last year I got to take a bet on a trade during the rookie draft that boiled down to sending JSN for Jordan Love. Cannot express how great that feeling is of betting on your teams unproven QB and have it hit.
@TaylorSchrock I took kyler in the 4th and Love in the 5th last year in a startup. The value that QB room got me has my team set up to destroy the league 😅 Go pack Go
Got offered Kyren Williams and 3 years of firsts and seconds for Amon-Ra and I just couldn’t take it. Can’t win a championship with draft picks but definitely can with ARSB. F*** it Amon One!
I traded McBride but got Hurts. (not 1 to 1), also had Kincaid. I do go back and forth on it, since last year I scouted Mcbride when he wasn't on many peoples radar. More a Pride thing.
The McBride stats were valuable. And I agree with Levis’ surprising people this year. I find myself agreeing with you a lot Nick, might have to monitor that. . .
Traded a 2025 1st and the 2.04 for McBride. Only other TEs on my roster were Muth and Kmet (yes I know he had a solid season last year, I view him as the 3rd option at best in Chicago this year) and I’ve been contending the past two years. Hopefully this trade brings me a championship this season
Did an overhaul of my Dynasty Roster, but am curious which side ya'll would take. My goal was to get younger while staying uber competitive. FYI, my other QBs are C.J. Stroud and A-Rich. My other WRs are JJettas, Garrett Wilson, Chris Olave, and Tank Dell. Traded: Amon-Ra St. Brown Ja'Marr Chase Brandon Aiyuk Rashee Rice George Pickens Jordan Love Will Levis Received: Patrick Mahomes CeeDee Lamb Marvin Harrison Jr (1.01) Malik Nabers (1.02) Jayden Daniels (1.05) Rome Odunze (1.06) Brian Thomas Jr. (1.08) Ladd McConkey (2.03)
Im not trading Bryce Young for the same reasons you said about Levis. Upgraded pass catchers, O-line, and coaching staff. However, if the 1.06 was in the inbox I'd accept. Alao not trading K9 (mostly due to his current price) he has only played well and has a suspect O-line and QB play so teams focus yhe run against the Hawks. Just watch what happens with Sam Howell there...
I traded away Tyreek for Amon-Ra and Zeke. My team was so bad I was still losing 2 years later. Earned 2 pick this year. Traded away Amon-Ra for 6 and 10 picks. It pained me deeply. But he was the only player I had worth anything. I was able to draft MHJ 2, Rome 6, and Benson 10. Then also got Brian Thomas at 12. I am very happy now!
I completely agree with everyone except Levis. While he does have high upside potential, a study of his game tape shows that he has a long way to go. He also does not have the 5th year option and lower draft capital than guys like Kenny Picket, Bo Nix, and others. He is a good athlete but I think the biggest wrinkle in his game is the mental side. This showed at Kentucky, I would say if you can get a late first for Levis, go for it, depends on your team but not a bad idea to cash out because if Levis has a bad season, Titans will be drafting another QB in 2025 and Levis's value will be nonexistent.
Ewww Levis is not anything but a sell window. He’s a super aggressive passer who will likely lead the league in ints if he passes as much as you’re hoping. The nail in the coffin for me was his stretch run where he threw 1 td over a 7 week span. That’s an extremely crazy stat to turn the tide on.
This vid would have been a perfect 10/10 if you hadn't shat on Celsius at the beginning (Triple Berry the most mid flavor, gotta do the Vibes), unfortunate I have to wait till next year's vid now 😮💨 But I did love the list though ❤
Obviously you made it clear how adamant you are of holding these guys, itd be a nice twist if youd say what you were willing to pay for them bc they are so highly coveted.
Breece Hall.. both his rushing and receiving ceiling are not fully tapped even as crazy good as he was last year. He is filthy on the kamara YAC route tree (angles, screens, etc), if they can block this year he gets 2k+ scrimmage yds easyyyy (+ fully healthy). He’s possibly the safest rb in BOTH short and long term. He’s the only rb I’d probably not consider trading this off-season , unless I’m full rebuilding but in that case anyone can be traded
I drafted sun god well in rookie drafts but I let a lot of sun god slip through my fingers early on. Gotta stand by those guys you believe in in rookie drafts.
Some trades I’ve made in my 10-team home league to build my super team: Last season traded Murray for the eventual 1.04, traded Taylor for the eventual 1.01 and 25 2nd, traded Herbert for Richardson and 2 firsts before Herb got hurt, traded Diontae Johnson and Joshua Kelley for the eventual 1.08, traded Jeudy for the eventual 2.03, traded Warren for the eventual 2.04, etc. This offseason, I flipped all my picks for players: Gave up 1.04 and 1.06 for Chase (yes expensive I know) Gave up 1.01 for AJ Brown and 1.08, then gave up 1.08 (Worthy) for 2.03 (Benson) and 2 future 2nds Gave up Brown, Jameson Williams and 2 4ths for St Brown Team is now: Q Gave up 2 future firsts for Puka Gave up 2.01 and Dotson for Hill Gave up 2.03 for Evans Gave up 2.04 for White Got Engram and a first for JSN Gave up Carr, 26 1st, and Charbonnet for Barkley and 2.07 Then gave up 2.07 and 25 1st (early proj.) for Kincaid Team is now: QB- Mahomes SF- Richardson RB- Barkley RB- White WR- Hill WR- Chase WR- St Brown TE- Kincaid Flex- Puka Flex- London Flex- Evans Bench- Young, Connor, Bensom, Engram, Downs
I feel the same way about the Amon-Ra and have turned down every offer for him in Dynasty and Keeper. The fact that he will only be 25 during the 2024 season is just mind boggling.
Accepting no offers for my guys Darnell Mooney and Trey Lance. People in the comment section say "I won't trade Jetta or Mahomes".... Like obviously bro LOL
Ceedee right now. Coming out of a reload but I have no solid RB/TEs. Sold off everything but a top 6 QB and CD. Felt awful to waste his breakout year, and potentially this year as well, but it feels like he'll continue to have those kind of years for a while. Once the team is rounded out, and he's still doing numbers, it'll pay off... Is the hope 😅
Drafted Lamb and Amon Ra back in a 2021 dynasty start-up. I won't trade them for anything. But it's funny that you say, "People come correct when trying to trade for Amon Ra," bc there's this one guy in that league that's been desperately trying to trade for both of them for the last 3 years, and he does NOT come correct at ALL. In fact, his offers have gotten worse every year as Lamb and Amon Ra have improved. This mf'er sent a trade a few months ago offering me Puka and a 3rd for Lamb AND A 1st.... he does the same sh*t with Amon Ra too. I dont even dignify them with declining anymore. They just rot in my inbox
Nico? I drafted him in a startup dynasty last year with my last pick. 30 rounds. McBride was a FA pickup. Had him on my taxi, but dropped him. Picked him up a month later and he hasn't let me down lol
someone being untradeable is a combination of raw upside potential and getting 'fair value' that said, lamar is my only 'on principle' untradeable, otherwise i feel like JSN, Shaheed, Ty Chandler, Kendre Miller fit too, because no one is gonna give me what they're actually worth. Mcbride is very tradeable for me, because his production last year was simply derivative of positive game scripts and a profound lack of target competition, being that his closest was hollywood brown on a rental deal unwilling to go all out for fear of injury. he's good, but hes the express lane on how to lose redraft / botch your dynasty draft
I was offered ARSB earlier this offseason and jumped at it. I’m the defending champdefending champ and this guy finished 3rd because I beat him in the semis. So this guy was among my chief competitors so not only did it help me but it hurt him as well. And somehow I got him at a discount too!
Nico should not be untouchable. He’s great, I would know I’m a Texans fan. But he’s still not going to get much higher in value and is worth trading for someone like Flowers and picks
Traded Herbert for Amon Ra in a league before the harbaugh signing. Got laughed at. I had the 1.02 and 1.04 and Kyler so Caleb was the 1.02 so I feel like context wise it was a great move.
My player is JSN. He’s got too much talent and I need to see his second year. I did trade one share of JSN, with Ladd, for Breece but I considered that a lopsided trade
Nicky, what do I do if I have not your TE goats, McBride AND Pitts going into year 2 of my first dynasty league, in a rebuild this year, hoping to compete in year 3
In my 1 dynasty league i have mcbride, LaPorta and ben sinnot so im stacked at TE and im stickler on all 3 so i doubt id even consider trading any of them.
For me it’s Jordan Love. Fell in love with his tape last offseason and got the chance to draft him in my startup this year. Gonna be standing by him through thick and thin.
i was offered will levis for bryce young straight up in a sf, young is my qb2/3 with stafford and cousins and am aiming to win this year. would you rather levis or young this year? or overall?
Amon was part of a package where I got breece olave and a first (1.06) for Amon and Tony pollard Sold Nico, thielen and a first for Josh Allen when thielen was on fire
I finished a 12T SF ST11 TEP where i went Stroud, Garrett, Aiyuk, Dak, Nico, Andrews, Adams, Cooper, Stevenson, Kamara, Dionte Johnson, Stafford and i am feeling soooo good about this team in a start 11
Last offseason I traded Bijan, Dak and Amon Ra for Mahomes and a 3rd. The guy I made the trade with won the championship but I’m def the favorite for this season
