Yeah I’m with you. His inefficiency on the ground is being way overplayed especially from a PPR perspective. I think people forget how big of a blow the Bucs oline took with Marpet retiring early and Jansen being hurt 2 years in a row leading to retirement. Their Oline is much stronger going into this year.

Look at what leportas PPG were last year and compare that to the WRs in your league. Unless there is a massive TEP you likely shouldn't put any value into TE.

@@jleger714he finished as a wr2 in ppg, but the question really lies in projecting how td dependent he’ll be going forward. It feels like he could easily go for 800 and 6 next year. But he’s the 1b on a good offense so it’s just hard to parse

The problem is all of these guys are or have been boom bust WR3s. Those guys never have value, you're trying to trade guys in the flat value range. There typically isn't much difference production wise between WR24 to WR40. The WRs that actually move and move for market value are the top 15, the guys that are top 12 finishers or have a realistic narrative to be top 12 finishers.

@jleger714 while I somewhat agre e the problem is when guys don't have 3 guys even in that range on there team, they have guys ranked 50-75 that they like just as much for whatever reason so they wouldn't give up any pick for a guy they also don't value even though he's clearly better now or has more upside than there top 3 options makes it perplexing at best....this guy literally has O'Dell puke , Diggs no thanks but at least he's good or use to be , Sutton who he traded a 3rd for , and gave davis and Alan lizard who should be cut, your telling me he has no interest in guys like Christian watson who has legit upside ,jahan dotson same thing, Mike williams who can easily be had more not much who will at least give u productive weeks , considering he is a contending team somehow with that garbage at wr ...but yet I have gotten exactly 0 interest in these guys ...doesn't make sense to me ...there's other teams just as bad at wr as this ...

@@philcapenmsgamingsports I cant speak to that guys mindset, but if that's my WR room I have zero interest. I don't see the upside of Watson/Dotson, I like Mike will as a buy low personally but he may not. Then there is the question of what else can I do? Can I go buy Adams/Dhop/Evans any WR in that range that I like for a 2nd? Sutton and Williams are about the same to me but I like Sutton more, if I just bought Sutton for a 3rd I'm not paying more for Williams. The pure number of WRs that play snaps+ the possibility of breakouts makes it where you need a partner to not only believe in the guy you're selling, but also like said guy more than the other 10-15 guys around him that could be purchased.

@jleger714 for a late 2nd no your not getting a d Adam's to Mike evans type for that, that would prob cost your 1st in this league, which he wouldn't do either , I guess I can see not liking watson but not really dotson , he has big upside he was everyone amon ra breakout for last year and was worth a 1st obv had down year and now with new qb , new offense could reallt thrive also could be just as he is , nobody knows yet, but I'd rather have him than Jerry jeudy his 3rd wr there for sure

@@philcapenmsgamingsports Washington was 2nd in passing attempts last year, and that offense was popping before the def got traded. Dotson got 80 something targets last year, I don't see how that can grow behind mclaurin and a rookie QB. Let alone a rookie QB that projects to run a lot. I like to build top heavy at WR and use my 2nds/3rds on RBs with upside.
