Honestly dude if you're on a budget, home depot has had the cordless Ryobi track saw kit on clearance in different places recently for 200$.. Since my ts75 got stolen I have been using it and for 95% of applications it works more than well enough especially for 200$ including the track, battery and charger... Im still considering getting the new ts60-k down the line but that's only because I sometimes work with thicker woods and laminated woods and that extra depth and scoring blade are a nice feature. I honestly highly recommend it even at the original price tbh so just something to consider if you can find it. Otherwise Id honestly just save for the festool. No other brand in-between seems to justify the price jump from the Ryobi from the extensive research ive done and few ive tested..
1. Table Saw 2. Drill 3. Sander 4. Miter Saw 5. Router Impact driver although nice a drill can do the same thing, Circular saw the table and Miter can do 98 percent of the jobs.
Noone needs a driver a drill is way better you only need a driver for nuts and bolds not for screws they are just louder slower and unnecessary for woodworking 😂
1. Drill 2. Circular saw 3. Jigsaw 4. Sander 5. Tablesaw I built furniture for 30 years before buying a drill press, mitersaw, or bandsaw using these five power tools plus some hand tools. A tracksaw is nice, but it is not a replacement for a tablesaw.
I just bought that skil table saw, and at 279 it is a beast so far. Much better than my older ryobi saw. I just need a decent quality router to broaden my woodworking
Yeah, I got it for Christmas. Really had my heart set on the DeWalt for a long time, but the price ended up pushing me to ask for the Skil, since it still has the rack and piniin fence. I've been pleased.
The Hercules plunge/fixed kit from harbor freight is often on sale for $90 and it’s a beast. For palm routers, go with whatever battery platform you’re invested in.
@ourtube4266 I recently got 2 battery palm routers. I bought a craftsman router since I already have a couple batteries but my parents took advantage of the Hercules battery and free tool deal and gave them to me as a gift.
should change the title to 7 powertools... Number 1 is 3 tools, combo kit excuse makes no sense. You could buy all these in a combo kit, would that make it 1 tool?
