@@TriedRefusedProductions Bro some meme creators r doing bodyshaming racism sexism spreading comedy in the name of entertainment. Example:Madras prank Include Malayalam , Tamil channels
@@TriedRefusedProductions i do feel some situations were highly escalated for no reason, that's why i still feel the first season was better.... But overall amazing series and concept!
The thing I am glad about is that Swapnil Joshi is gradually shedding his undesirable image of a Marathi Shah Rukh Khan. I never used to like him before. But with Samaantar, my perspective of him is turning more positive.
He is amazing. I do love him in Mumbai Pune Mumbai movie. That movie is my all time favourite. I otherwise don't like a love story shit, not even part 2... Didn't felt like watching it. Samantar is way way better
You didn't like him after Duniyadari or mumbai pune mumbai or eka lagnachi dusari goshta? He is not like Shah Rukh at all in any of them. Also he chooses scripts wisely.
He chooses good scripts but the mould he was put in by marathi industry was undesirable and uncomfortable as well. Now it feels his real madness as an actor is coming out
Samantar is yet another masterpiece by Marathi industry💛 The original novelist late Suhas Shirwalkar is very underrated. Also, the series portrayed a good acting battle between Nitish Bharadwaj and Swapnil Joshi, both being the best portrayers of Lord Krishna in their respective TV series once upon a time.
Unfortunately, Marathi content is highly neglected by many Maharashtrians themselves. I mean it was a Marathi guy who created the Indian film industry.
I can understand you bro,it's same with Bengali content. We have produced directors like satyajit ray and mrinal Sen to actors like Uttam Kumar and many more
If I'm not wrong there is a new Marathi movie called "Avwachit" for which Anupam Roy made songs and "Anya , the other" starring Bhushan Pradhan , Atul Kulkarni and Raima Sen. I was excited about these movies after watching trailers and songs but no news about release.
Samaantar is based on Suhas Shirvalkar's books. Similarly Tumbbad was based on Narayan Dharap's works. Proves how much a of treasure trove of literature we possess and can make an impact with the same by translating it on screen. Yet resort to copying Hollywood.
Brother adapting a book into a movie is difficult job you'll have write screenplay, improve dialogues according to the movie etc.,so they choose the easy way out...
As a Bangladeshi who has been watching Tried&Refused Production for a long time, it is very overwhelming to see you reviewing something from my country. Mosarof Karim is one of the best actors Bangladesh has to offer. Maybe with the rise of OTD platforms, you can watch and review more shows from Bangladesh in near future. Love from BD.

@@ashishnair_2006 it had good theme but somewhere it went wrong.it was promoted as techno-horror but there wasn't anything scary in the film. Techno-thriller suits more
@@giraffe4375 what do you expect to speak about?! There's nothing to speak similarly there's nothing to speak about the injustice done to muslims in India. Its not the right representation of human beings, just mere politics. Don't pollute the place.

o jesus christ noo. Swapnil Joshi was such overhyped in the marathi industry. Like SRK of marathi films. MPM was good. Then he started doing similar story movies with same co stars.
There's no such thing like Superstars in Marathi Industry, No actor can pull Audiences in movie theaters. ( Don't count Nana Patekar) 🙄 Marathi Superstars exist in 90's era Laxmikant Berde, Ashok Saraf, Mahesh Kothare, Sachin Pilgaonkar, etc.
@@kalpeshbhavsar6543 That is actually both a boon and a curse. On one hand it's good that the Marathi industry is not laden with the star system unlike Bollywood. Which ensures a consistently steady stream of good content. But at the same time, it can result in a lack of great fortunes for the industry. Once in a while a film like Sairaat does extremely well but because no nepotism and cartelization exists in the Marathi industry, it has to struggle regularly for its relevance. And only by creating newer and better content. 'Coz that's its only mainstay. Plus Bollywood keeps encroaching on its territory.
Samantar is a must watch. Just some information for those who aren’t aware, it’s based on a book with same title by Suhas Shirvalkar. He was a Marathi writer. Authored over 300 books. Another Marathi movie based on his book was “Duniyadari “
It is "Moha-Nogor", Not "Mohon-Nagar". It is called a big city in Bengali. Spelling is not the issue but I think the Mohanogor Dhaka played a big role through its name in this series.
@@TriedRefusedProductions Please also watch Bangladeshi web series 'Taqdeer' free on MX Player with Hindi dub available. It is the best ever series produced by HoiChoi. It has another biggie of Bangladesh: Chanchal Chaudhury.
Moha nagar in Bengali = Maha Nagar in Marathi. We call Mumbai a Maha Nagari. I feel like Bengali and Marathi cultures have a lot in common. Including love for literature and producing great content. Social reforms, progressive vision etc.
Mohanagar is truly a gem . Specially the acting of the lead character Mosharaf Karim . He is well known in both sides of Bengal . Bangladeshi contents are now ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks Anmol for covering Samamtar. 👍Samantar both season 1 & 2 have been tremendous. The fact that they consciously casted Nitish Bhardwaj to play the 'parallel' to Swapnil Joshi itself was out of the box. I thoroughly enjoyed both the seasons. Second season indeed gave me OMG moments.
I watched Samantar! It was such an unique attempt... One of the finest.. It was affected because of MX Player and were few unnecessary scenes.. But Script was🔥 Especially after 4-5th episode in 2nd season.. And that Haunting 7th episode 😮
I strongly think after malyalam industry the one of the finest industry to make realistic films is marathi industry..i mean just great.. Mallu have DQ Marathi have SJ Also bengali and tamil industry are more into realistic(mostly tamil) and artistic(mostly bengali).....
An observation : Both lead characters of the series Samanantar have played the Role of Krishna on TV screen. One the younger Krishna and another the elder one, some what this series have in common too . And " Chakrapani" is a synonyms of lord Krishna. It just clicked so felt like sharing.
One more sweet coincidence about Samantar, both Swapnil Joshi and Nitish Bharadwaj had played Lord Krishna's character in Krishna and Mahabharata respectively.
Trivia : Nitish Bharadwaj played Bhagwan Sri Krishna in Mahabharat (1988). Swapnil Joshi played a young Bhagwan Krishna in Sri Krishna (1993). Even in reality, their lives are "samaantar". 😉
OMG OMG🥺🥺🥺 you watched "MohaNogor" what a proud moment for me As a Bangladeshi.. I'm following you since you had 270k subscriber... And I'm seeing something from my country on your channel!! 🇧🇩❤️ Please watch "Komla Rocket" on Netflix.. you'll realise what a Amazing gem "Mossarof Karim" is . Please it's a request 🙏🙏
I have been following your Chanel for a very long time! Seeing you reviewing one of our Bangladeshi web series making me feel emotional Thank you so much for appreciating
oh my good God! I became so excited when I saw your thumbnail with our series on it.feeling so proud right now. Can't express enough.Love from Bangladesh.
I think you should watch the works of Marathi superstar Subodh Bhave, one the best method actors of Indian cinema. Some of his movie recommendations : Sanai Choughade, Balgandharva, Lokmanya : Ek Yugpurush, Haapus, Katyaar Kaaljat Ghusli, Hrudayaantar, Savita Damodar Paranjpe, Aani...Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar.
There is also another Bangladeshi series released on Hoichoi called 'Taqdeer.' Main charecter was played by Chanchal Chowdhury, one of the best actor of Bangladesh along with Mossarraf Karim. It's highly recommended.
Im so glad that my countrys content is mentioned here. Mohanagar is one of the best series that has been created in Bangladesh this year. Thanks for letting people know about this masterpiece. ❤️😌 Appreciations from Bangladesh
@@TriedRefusedProductions yes I have watched thanks to you. Your podcast with Vedant was damn nice. I really appreciate your work. If you have time please give reviews on Korean contents too. 🥴🖤
It was when I was asked why I am so much into foreign language films, I answered that my obsession with foreign-language films has introduced me to so many cultures, customs and perspectives toward life and I cannot create a barrier in my cinemas with a boundary of my knowledge over language. And as much as I enjoy watching those gems, it bleeds my heart as my country cannot produce enough content that is acclaimed worldwide or barely make a name for itself in the world cinema. I do no expect an academy award for foreign language films overnight, but I want a boy from Peru or Armenia or Pune to watch a Bangladeshi film with maybe a broken subtitle and maybe he would want to explore other films from the same language. Thank you Anmol, now I know, many will get to know about Bangladeshi web content and get a taste of the work from some of the finest of our broken industries. Hope you will review more content in the coming days. (If you notice the comment, I would like to get your attention on "Rehana Maryam Noor", TIA 🤗)
OMG in Samanthar we have two actors who didn't played Krishna they lived it. I have watched Swapnil Joshi since I was a child. He was in Luv Kush Ramayan, Krishna, many hindi serials, and he is an excellent comedian.
Sara's felt really underwhelming for me. Their courage is appreciable,,but compared jude's previous movies,,,the characters had a shallow writing and the movie had very average making,,, though the humour worked at some points.
This channel have became a promoter for many other languages. Finally other languages are recognised and appreciated properly. It also shows the lack of content in hindi movies these days.
Thank you for watching and covering 'Mohanagar' (2021) (IMDB 8.7). If possible, please also watch 'Taqdeer' (2020) (IMDB 8.9). Hopefully you like it as well. Love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩.
We, Bangladeshi are neglecting Bangladeshi shows, series and movies just because they never met our needs and always tried to satisfy us with cheap movies with poor quality. It's like they've never understood the audiences, they never tried to understand our needs and how they are destroying our visual entertainment media. We all are really bored of the stereotype plots of movies produced in our country. At a time like this, movies like 'Aynabaji', 'Oggatonama', webseries such as 'Taqdeer', 'Mohanagar' are just like a breath of fresh air. These series/movies show us how much potential (of actors and actresses, of course) is destroyed in our country every year. I am really grateful that, at least, their potentiality is properly used and evaluated in these movies/shows.
as a Bangladeshi viewer, I didn't watch anything Bengali ott provided before 'Mohanagar' but it was worth the wait. not the greatest series but it is what it is
OMYGOD no wonder why I saw Momo in your thumbnail!! Mohanogor is fucking brilliant. Thanks you so much for including it in your list. Really proud as a Bangladeshi ❤️🇧🇩
ChathurMukham had very good response from people who personally watched in the theatre. But there was a lot of nobodies on social media degrading the movie. Even when we claim to be a small industry without anyone wishing ill for another member of the industry, we simply aren't that. There's a lot of bad mouthing against people who have self respect and do not go about everywhere wagging their tails.
Thank you for featuring a web series from Bangladesh, Bangladesh has a long history of creating compelling tv series, it's only now thanks to the OTT platform it is opening to the international audience.
I would like to recommend some other marathi shows on mx player : Pandu, aani kaay hava and once in a year. Also Chikat gunde series on Bhadipa RU-vid channel
wow.....you are reviewing " Moha nagar", now i am overwhelmed with emotion. You are one of my most fav youtuber since 2019. I have always loved your analyses & reviews. Now as a Bangladeshi, I am feeling proud. You can watch some more Bangladeshi content like "Taqdeer" in hoichoi, "Oggatonama", Komola rocket" etc, hope u will enjoy & review these. Love from BD ❣️
Season 1 of Samantar is directed by the Satish Rajvade, who gave us Asambhav a marathi super natural thriller show from. 2000s. This show is a must watch.😇😇
Did someone notice the title as INDIAN MOVIE ANALYSIS instead of BOLLYWOOD MOVIE ANALYSIS... I wish you keep them same in your other videos too Jammy 😎👍
OC Harun in Mohanagar made me want to fast forward the show many times, I was so irritated by his character and then, it made me think that that's how good an actor he is, he justified his character. I will never forget him, I know that for sure 😀
