1) sandwich technique 2)prepare time table 3) meditation or breathing exercise 4) revision first within 24 hrs,then 2nd times in a next week,3rd times in a next month and lastly before the day of exam. 5)avoid distractions.

I think the 99plus % is the better choice because being the topper has some disadvantages like among others the unwanted `focused negative attention` by competitors that need to be dealt with. This means valuable time wasting unless recognition of influences and studying defense strategies is your goal. Focusing on raising the quality of your knowledge instead of your social position will eventually lead to better personal performance which might lead to the same goal. When it has been reached your social position and its pitfalls can then become your main focus.
