Don’t do performance review, don’t care. Go apply at other jobs instead, way more rewarding.

Thanks so much for sharing. It really is a pitty if performance reviews (or any kind of regular feedback sessions) are not taking place at all or are conducted poorly. A lost opportunity to seek mutual understanding, align on the future path and create a 3x win situation. If done correctly, these meetings can be incredibly powerful. Ignoring them can indeed, I totally agree, be highly demotivating.
