belonging from India, where the game is not so popular yet, you are like an angel who provides the great information how to train. Thanks a lot for all of your hard work. Your videos really help me a lot to make my self better.
Thank you for this video with COVID shutting youth football down this is great information for me to set up a QB training at home so he is ready to go when the season starts again! I feel confident as a Mom I can teach this. Very clear and well walked through video thank you!

First down football I have a problem. I can't play football for 1 month and I'm scared I'm going to lose my starting wide receiver position I've been working for what should I do 😭
First Down Training I wouldn’t necessarily call it an injury I just had a hernia or a belly button that was too large and had to be taken care of. But I’ll have to sit out of sports for a month so I don’t risk it going back to the way it was. I really really want to secure this position and I’m afraid that sitting out this long will jeopardize it and I’ll be behind
icky dan I would say sit out until you are healthy, no sense in re injuring it but I would be very engaged at practice and still prepare every week like it’s your spot so you don’t miss a beat when you come back
@icky dan know your not talking to me but as someone who is looking to become a footbakl coach, make sure your health is your number 1 priority u have a mental and physical toughness to do what u guys do in training and in live games,so take your time and as 1st down training said don't miss a beat 💪
First Down Training set your feat before you snap the ball and before you took your first step on the 3 and 5 step drop you hop with your left before you take the first step back this is Kelly Bryant I used to play for The Clemson Tigers
Yo great video im playing qb for my flag football team and wanted a few footwork tips as i am a linebacker when i play tackle just so i can stop looking like a linebacker and more like a qb that knows what he's doing
Eh- I personally don’t like it that much. It’s good for a warm up and overall footwork but it doesn’t help too much with the position specifically. I do like ladders for younger guys developing their feet. Just don’t recommend throwing off of them
Hassan Nayfeh yes bitch don’t let your base get too wide but don’t let it get too narrow. Climb with both feet moving at the time time. Check out some Trevor Lawrence film he is great at it
@First Down Training, Enjoy coach Tucker,he left us 😒 after making it seem like he was staying in COL,hopefully he dosen't do the same to you guys at one point
just got a new subscriber. QB and WR got a tryout with TSL coming up soon . Check my channel out bro got a workout up there and will be posting more just tell me what to work out on .
