Greetings mrs Nothando I hope you are well, I would like to ask something about graduate programs. When they say it's got a duration of 12 month does it mean they will train you for 12 months giving you the same salary ? and what happens post that 12 months they leave you to find a job somewhere else or they will take you permanently and that's where the salary will start to change? I'm asking this because some inservice training are for 3 years whilst others are for 12 months?
