I have this recipe I would like to share with you. it is for pasta. I basically blend caramelised onion, garlic, steamed broccoli, vegan Parmesan cheese, vegan cheese of choice, olive oil, a bit of nondairy milk and a lot of basil together. Then I cook whole wheat pasta, mix the sauce with the pasta and cook it for a while over medium heat. I promise it is so so good though it might sound weird❤❤❤Love these videos Mina

The next recipe i invented and try is seitan wraps. I just start making seitan out of flour. But i stop half way letting some carbohydrats in. Put some spices and salt in. Put some yeast or backing soda in. The dough needs to keep liquid in order to fill it in the pan. Dough can be rolled out too. Just fill with vegetables and salat sauce. The seitan wrap got enough protein. I eat lots of fruits, tomatos, salat and carrots atm. Some nuts for omega3 are important too.

Obviously matcha, maybe matcha pancakes would be so cute, a dish with green apple maybe, actually, the pesto that you prepared in this would fit as well. Maybe a spinach hummus or a lemon-y smashed pea toast would be a great breakfast. In addition I'm from Perú and we have a really fun green dish called "alverjita partida" in english i thinks is something like "split peas". looks pretty good but let's not call any of these healthy ._. i understand why u think these are healthy dishes cos i used to be like u but unfortunately they're not and my health is now ruined af :/ to save others from the same hell i leave the knowledge here: pasta is literally the worst choice you can go with, it's full on carbohydrates with a high glycemic index so in the long term it will give you issues with blood sugar and insulin levels with fcked up symptoms like exhaustion, weight gain that you cannot lose no matter what you do, belly fat, low energy levels, etc. tofu and soy in general is a no no especially if you have thyroid problems or if someone in your family had breast cancer, etc. but let's just say it is not good for anyone, any added sugar is obviously the biggest poison you can feed yourself w, form does not matter, agave is sugar too and the human body needs 0 g external sugar, it is capable of generating the sugar that it needs, any higher amount of that is poison for the system and most of our modern health problems are rooted in sugar, gluten and fast carbohydrate intake, and the last one to mention is bread and let's not even go there, so yeah... careful with these

Sushi noodles makes sense, you could also call it a noodle Bibimbap, looks good, that’s definitely something I’d make When I overfill sushi rolls, they become hand rolls aka Asian Tacos 😆🤷🏻♀️ I saw that using your sleeve to wipe the bottom of the jar, vinegar on your sleeve, gross. you’re in a kitchen, not a fashion magazine & you’re assuming the role here as a TEACHER, do better, as a Vegan Chef, I’m OVER this ‘trend’, hygiene IS important.
