5 reasons a BOB is better than a heavy bag

I wish Century would complete the design of the Bob dummy for a full combat striking martial arts experience by providing the southern half of the body equipped with legs and a realistic area to strike the groin as well as two knee joints! That way you could practice kicking techniques to the inner and outer thigh as well as kicking techniques to the front and sides of the knee joint and realistic strikes to the groin and kicking techniques to the inner and outer calf area of the leg as well as foot stops.

LOVE having BOB in my apartment . I can train without disturbing the neighbors, and the base is my emergency water supply. i'm trying to figure out a way to take him out with me to teach seminars and classes though. Think it would be a great tool for beginners instead of just focus mitts .

I am going to order one. What do you fill the base with?

Unfortunately after just a few months of use my BOB XL has split along the jawline! I’ve tried repairing it with no success.

if you fill it with sand will it stay stable and still or move? It is better fill with sand or water?

So many people saying eye pokes and throat chops are bogus can you shed some light on this?
