I'm not encouraging anyone to do anything. But after 18 months of fog and low mood following covid one, low dose psylo turned me back to myself overnight.

I just started micro dosing last week. Pretty immediate reduction of anxiety levels, all but gone (I got worse in the two weeks prior, sometimes completely incapacitated). Feeling short of breath and not breathing properly/ sleep apnea conditions much improved. Muscle spasms and tingling / low energy levels and presumably low dopamine levels and general unwell body feeling have not yet improved much. Hopefully hopefully...

I got covid and wasn't vaccinated. I had long covid symptoms, the worst being the heart palpitations which lasted at least a year. I also had the so-called 'brain fog'. My balance was also impaired and I found it difficult to concentrate. I'm glad I didn't get the vaccine.

Magnesium ...any illness depletes magnesium. Causes headaches tiredness hesrt palps twitches or cramps ...before covid i had low mag and had my heart not beating but buzzing like an old telephone. Not even in a rhythm. Just a drum and bas erandom buzzing ..had it in my pulse as well..freaked me the hell out. 2 days of magnesium it was gone.random person at the chemist poked their nose in and suggested it as my doctor had given me seizure meds asthma meds and lexipro...which I did not need or have and I was like wtf?

1. Please explain as a scientist and a virologist what do you mean by an isolate of SARS-CoV-2-19? 2. Please explain as a scientist or a virologist or medical practitioner have you published any peer-reviewed papers on the isolation/purification of the CoV-2-19 and if not, to which publications do you reference validating the existence of the virus? 3. Please explain as a scientist, virologist, medical practitioner where in the key publication(s) is it described that a viral structure or molecules attributed to the HIV, Ebola, HBV, Hepatitis, Zika and/or SARS-CoV-2-19, virus have been isolated in the sense of the word "isolation"? 4. Please explain as a scientist, virologist, medical practitioner where are the "control" experiments documented that prove that the nucleic acids used to align the genome of the HIV, Ebola, Zika, SARS-CoV-2-19 viruses are actually viral in nature and do not have tissue characteristics? In case the "control" experiments mentioned in question 4 have not yet been performed (they have not been performed to date), please allow me to ask YOU as a scientist, virologist, medical practitioner the following additional question: 5. If such a "control" experiment were to be conducted at our expense (isolation of RNA from uninfected cell cultures, sequencing and alignment to the SARS-C-2-19 genome), would you publish this data with us in a major peer-reviewed publication like, azure, The New England Journal of Medicine, or the Lancet? As of October 14th, 2020 and based upon our research and reviewing the research of others there are NO cases and NO Deaths due to a phantom virus called CoVi-2-19!

They would have had to pin me down to take that thing but both the virus and mass-medication can lead to a similar illness. Sadly both the mainstream and the Covid-freedom fighters tend to ignore those suffering with long Covid

For intracranial hypertension, there was an article on Health Rising 'High Intracranial Fluid Pressure' by Melissa Wright which talked about treatments. For low blood volume, have a watch of my recent video about that, likewise for microclotting. There is no treatment for the vasodilation problem yet as in ME/CFS there are two problems going on: lack of vasoconstriction back up to the heart, lack of vasodilation in the more peripheral blood vessels into the muscles. So you can't just take a vasodilator as you'll make one problem better but the other worse. For the autoantibodies, there is currently the very costly immunoadsorption therapy in Germany and the hopefully less expensive upcoming infusion Berlin Cures 007.

What's so funny about these kinds of comments is that in actual fact I couldn't have been more against the whole Covid lockdowns, vaccine mandates etc. I didn't take the vaccine and I was shunned for doing so. People have Long Covid. I have ME/CFS and have had it for six years. They are similar conditions and I'm just trying to report on the research. People also have Long-Vax Syndrome, including friends of mine, and it is very similar to both ME/CFS and Long Covid.

Some people, such as myself, are against medical authoritarianism and are for treatment/understanding of post-viral illnesses. These are not incompatible positions. However, this channel is not interested in the politics of Covid but is focussed on research into post-viral illnesses. If you are interested in the former, there may be other channels better suited for such discussions

No doubt you are implying all cases of post-vax are actually what is labelled 'Long Covid'. Both the virus and the vaccine can lead to a similar illness.

Alright. I was against all the Covid lockdowns by the way, vaccine mandates etc. But that is separate - to my mind - from understanding the pathophysiology of Long Covid.
