I am from Pune and yes, it is the best city in terms of education, weather, food etc. One thing I don't know you know or not, but Pune has been given the tag of the most livable city in India. Your videos were really amazing. Thank you, sir... Love from India!!
It an awesome video but i have some more things to add. 1) you cannot experience india in just 2/3 weeks. 2) each state , each district, each city has a different story to tell. 4) Even if you are in hurry you will still need minimum of 1 month to really assimilate india. 5) so i request you to visit india once more. 6) start from North, the capital, amritsar, ladakh, leh, kargil, uttarakhand, shimla. 7) than go to the West Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. 8) come to central india than. Do visit Varanasi, indore, prayagraaj. 9) than come to the east./north east Via Bihar, west Bengal and siliguri corridor. You will visit darjeeling, Assam, arunachal, nagaland, mizoram, manipur, sikkim. So on..... 10) than head on to the South india. Chennai,tn, kerela. So on and on. Unlike other countries where there is a predictability, u know what will be coming. India will leave you flabbergasted. If you come to india Or anywhere try to get away from the tourist attraction. Visit villages instead of cities Eat from stalls instead of restaurant. Try to stay in a homestay Or in dorm instead of hotel. Travel in general instead of Ac. That's how you experience india more closely. Do watch Inwook (a RU-vid channel) he is from South Korea and he really captured india in his videos. I must be mad to type this long comment merde.
Plzz plzz bro don't give tip to anyone.. tipping culture is not prominent in India plzz by giving tip by many foreigners make people scam and asking more higher price then actual one plzz it's a req🙏🙏😓
One thing I like about Pune is Weather... pleasant all around the year... during summer time it gets a little hot... But rest of the year's weather feels good... In winters, the temperature drops down to 5 Degrees also at night...
@Ramesh shinde because kolhapur is still rural... While in other hand pune is more towards megacity... Go outside of pune like मावळ, सासवड, or भोर you'll find much better weather than kolhapur...
Namaste 🙏. I am in Pune since past 11 years or so, and it seems you have visited more places in Pune than i did 😀. It's good to see you have enjoyed your stay in Pune and have captured it very well. Pune is an amazing place to live and I don't want to move out from here yet. Good luck and best wishes to you. Thank you for sharing your experiences.
Next time when you come to India don't forget to come to Hyderabad. The city is noted for its monuments which includes the masterpiece of Charminar and the fort of Golconda.
One thing about Martin that he notices every small things, these kind of vlogs can make people feel safer while travelling to India. And one more thing about India 🇮🇳 is 99 % people will help you , if you are a foreigner they gonna treat u like a guest
Love how you noticed and enjoyed every small thing around. You should come over to Bangalore, Karnataka the next time, the IT city of India . You'll get to see and explore a whole new side of India here again. That's prolly the speciality of India , every new city and state has a new story to tell ... ✨💕
@@ameynathe4322 I never understand why people always take a comment in a negative way. No one said Pune is bad or not a liveable place . I myself, in fact want to visit Pune very soon... ✨ Like Pune is also known as the 'Queen of the Deccan' or the 'Cultural capital of the Maratha people' similarly, Bangalore is also known as the 'Silicon Valley of India' or 'IT capital of India' , hence mentioned. Please understand the purpose of a comment right before making conclusions and negatively replying. Like I said, every city/state in India is different and has a new story to tell. My only purpose was to invite him to Bangalore(Karnataka) to explore a new/different side of India here.
@Ramesh shinde LOL ? pehale aap yeh samajhane ki koshish karen ki mera kya matalab hai aur phir aap reply kijiye... Kuchhh bhii.. 😅 Please try not to spread negativity. Every city and state in India is diverse and beautiful. ✨💕
@@ameynathe4322 no one compared pune with karnataka.. Get your facts right and also,There are so many places to visit in Banglore.. Not just buildings and apartments. I've lived there my whole life and Ik bangalore is
16:11 is paan.. It can be called betel quid in English.. basically, as he said, it's a mouth freshener people enjoy. It's enjoyed by everyone from the poor to the rich and wealthy, where the difference comes in the quality of the masala inside and the betel leaf.
Hello Martin I have watched your all Pune videos and they were all great and I am also a Punekar. And I am seeing that you've tried to be a Indian as much as possible 😅.Success
Yess Pune is the best!! My university is in Pune and I'm not there now and I miss it so much 🥺 your vlogs are making me so nostalgic 🥺🥺 in Pune there are some places where you can get amazing mango juice for just Rs. 10 and so many other great food places omg! You can find super delicious biryani, paratha, south and north Indian food, chinese food and even Japanese food within 5 minutes walking distance from my university! I can go on and on about Pune and food so I should stop now haha. I'm am Indian but still food is the number one reason I love my country 😂❤️
I've been to Pune, and I agree with everything you said - absolutely the friendliest place on earth, can't wait to go back! The fruits - 'kaju' is cashew, and I think the other was custard apple. Your friend was chewing 'paan', it's betel leaf and nut, sometimes tobacco. Keeps you awake!
We took a thought of liberty, equality and fraternity from your country France. You should keep with you kindness, peace, love and Simplicity from India....❤️❤️🇮🇳🇨🇵
Hey Martin .. hope u r doing great... btw , I'm here to tell you that we have a tropical climate which means u may find different seasons in specific gaps(months) all over India like Summer , winter and monsoon. India is divided into 28 states and 8 union territories for administrative purposes.. you could find so many languages, culture , tradition and food. India possesses so many colours with her. She is vibrant. She is loveable, we have different kinds of people too. People here are friendly beings. They'll treat you with humbleness. no words enough to speak about India's hospitality. Maharashtra is one of the states. Try to travel along other states too. Good luck with your endeavours. And I personally invite you to Tamilnadu (chennai) to explore...
Dear Martin, When in India, no matter who you are, no matter what you did, no matter where you've come from, you can always change, become a better version of yourself which you have become! If you get a chance, please visit Varanasi... it will blow your mind! Lots of love my friend! Loving your videos!
Hi Martin. The place where you had the juice , on the opposite side of the road are ‘pataleshwar caves ‘ , really old temple carved out of a single rock. Hope you didn’t miss seeing them
Come to Bodhgaya of Bihar,, you will feel very good here, you will find peace,, people from different nations use to visit here. Bodhagaya is the place of Enlightenment.
Ah, bummer they didn't have the sitaphal! You'll have to try next time. It's a delicious fruit! We say "custard apple" in English but "Sita's fruit"" is much more romantic.
Hi Martin, I just discovered your channel and watched 3 videos back to back.. I would like to invite you to Kolkata, West Bengal.. You are welcome to experience a different part of India, a different vibe altogether.. Hope you have a good stay in India 😊 Edit - P.S : Kolkata is probably the cheapest metro city in the world
Hi Martin. Am from Kolkata,India. Just moved to Pune. While going thrugh vlogs related to Pune , ended up in your channel. I loved how you explore, rather than just showing tourist places. Keep up the good work.Cheers!!
Hey! Loved all these series about India. I really like how neutral and unbiased your views and opinions were. Feels so sad that you are going back. Hope you come back soon and I would love if you also plan to visit Kolhapur in Maharashtra which is not metro city but more like rural culture rich city. Cya ❤️❤️
I am so happy that everyone treated with a lot of respect ...thank you for visiting our country and yeah ofcourse u r an amazing personal who can get along with anyone
Hey Martin, I love your videos. Please let me know when you come again in pune. I will come to meet you (I want to meet you because you are so amazing and good person) And will help you to show you so many interesting places and things in Pune. Lots of love from Pune & India❤️
10:14 Oh man, you were standing at the modern cafe. It has one of the best cold coffees in town. I used to live in Pune but shifted to the US few years back. I still miss that city. It has a lot to offer.
Bon jour! Enjoyed your videos about Pune. You should have stayed more and explored the city. There is so much to see and to do. Next time visit areas like Deccan Gymkhana etc. Much better restaurants like Vaishali and Roopali etc.
Hi 👋 Martin how are you? after exploring Pune please come at Nashik. Nashik is a wine capital of India, and Nashik has a very good weather. Nashik also have many worth seeing in places!
Hi Martin I stayed in Pune and loved your pov of the city Thanks for that There are a lot of things you can explore in Maharashtra only. Every district has its own flavours
Pune is our education hub of Maharashtra sir,u r great 👌👍💐 come in India and stay some time, God bless you and blessings always for your future ajenda.
Well doing bro... I think u love to meet diff kind of people and to communicate with them .. And yes definately you going to your country with lots of experience and happiness... Come again... Happy journey 😊
I have watched almost all your videos, and you are truly a genuine person, just love your videos, Thanks Martin, Come again to visit all the other parts of India, you are definitely gonaa enjoy it.
Superbe vidéos Martin! J'ai passé une belle partie de mon enfance à Pune, près de l'hotel ou tu étais. Pune is an awesome city and I was so happy to see a fellow Frenchman visiting the city I grew up in. What was really different about this video is that you went to the real parts of old Pune, where the true charm of Pune could be found! Big fan, cheers! Sitaphal = Custard Apple At the end of a meal, the guys at the rstaurants gave you fennel seeds and sugar, which is considered a mouth freshner
Fennel!! I couldn't figure it out, I though it was liquorice. I have to go back for the Sitaphal juice haha French who grew up in Pune. You have a story! :D
Please return and come to South India , you will see a different India and never regret it , india is different in every state and South India is close to culture and nature.
Hello Devareddy, I hope you have seen that no one filming in Pune as very few tourists come to Pune. Rather than sticking to South India or North India can we suggest to tourists the places which are less discovered? I hope you understand my point. Let them put all of India on RU-vid. Also talking about culture, make sure you know that Pune is called the cultural capital of Maharashtra.
@@Seekingknowledge101 Yes I totally agree with you , I’m just saying that he can visit South India as well. I wish that Mumbai don’t over shadow pune. Hope we younger generation make India great again, free from narrow minds, clean, discipline, respect every religion. What i like about Marathi people is they accept everyone but what I don’t like is Marathi people while voting they vote a party in the name of religion but no in the name of development.
@Ramesh shinde i don’t think it is as developed as Kerala, but the thing is that I’m not talking about who is more developed I’m talking about the mentality of the people. Here in Kerala people are more open minded then in Maharashtra once my friend was travelling in Nagpur with his boyfriend some so called dharmik people came and started bothering them and most of the time marathi people are not allowing to both of them together because they were not married 🙂.
Bro Pune is historical place.. You will find so many forts around Pune City (Sinhagad fort is major) and Shaniwarwada Palace in centre of the city which is one of the best tourist spot. Next time please do visit this places they are so beautiful!
The place where you ate cheese paratha is also famous for chole bhature.. I liked the video all the aspects from fruit juice, head massage, streets, heena tattoo or mehendi, cheese paratha, hotel and its view.. I stay in pune as well and I just love all the things about the city.. as they rightly say it "Oxford of the east". Just one thing I don't prefer is u tipping randomly every time .. Good luck for your further road trips to different places man. Namaste 🙏 Cheers ✌️ 🙂
Bro the barber overcharged you already and you gave him 500rs tip Tipping culture is not prominent in India specially in pune It will give them bravery to charge other tourists more then the fair price and asking for tip🙏
When you're in pune next time (i know you'll definitely come) you should visit ' ' 'Saswad ' July to November is the best time . Highly highly recommendation...❤️

@Martin, in pune you can visit Agah khan palace and if you want to relax away from the city go to lonavala. Within pune Viman Nagar and kalyani Nagar- for cafes and pubs. Magarpatta, kharadi and hadapsar- IT hubs of the city, you will find malls, cafes and markets To get old pune wibe go to fc road and mg road You can also visit mumbai to see how diverse india could be...you will find people from every region there.
Come in nashik, maharashtra.this is too much cold than Pune and travel another state like Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Jharkhand and so many.you are great 👍 i really love this video.
If you plan to visit to camp while you are still in Pune. Then try some mushroom pie, please. A little stall is located across from the Monafood Hotel.
Pune is costlier than Mumbai in all areas except housing• since you visited local markets more than malls, upper middle class areas, you will find even local markets much more costlier than Mumbai, Food as well in same segment restraunts is costlier in Pune than Mumbai •
I m Indian..live in Delhi..have never visited Pune..though was planning to visit ..and then got to see your vlogs..loved it .some facts were very at point..some depends on the place you visit in India ..as every place have its different culture different food..different type of religion..and that s the beauty of India..you never get to know it fully ..we still are knowing and exploring at the age of 20s ..btw thanks for the lovely vlogs 🥰
In India we are spoilt for choices as far as food & services are concerned. Every food item will suprise a foreigner with its taste & flavor. Come back again to pune. You still have to see a lot.
Martin you are amazing! I don't watch vlogs much but since I watched your videos,I am a big fan of your vlogs. I want to say one more thing that I love your dancing . God bless you.
This heena cone is made by companies, and they mix things chemical like things, but in old time about 10 years ago people make themselves , and that Hina was pure and no harm. Beneficial for heal, relief in headache too
@@MartinHervy yes, many old-age women use Hina once or twice a year to avoid headache. It really works because my Mausi(mother's sister) do that. Thus she needs not to take medicine(drugs). Good for maintaining body temperature but don't use Cone Hina for headache. Pure Hina used to be available in markets but not that much today time. A small City called Sojat (tehsil) in Pali Rajasthan Is famous for heena, Pure and best quality Hina is produced here science ancient times by farmers. This place known for Hena and in traditional local folk songs too in this region
Man yours vlogs are so good 💯 making me feel nostalgic about my own hometown even tho I'm still living here 😂 would love to meet you if you ever come back ❤️
I came to watch other video but I see your thumbnail then I go to ur channel . Then, I saw ur one video which is very interesting. Now, I'm watching ur all Videos .You really make amazing & interesting videos 🤓🤩 By the way, I'm from Uttar Pradesh 😊
