I bought this. It works amazing. Heats up in about 7 minutes. And cooks better than my home electric one. Yea it’s heavy. Whatever. It’s an air fryer you ain’t cooking steaks medium rare. 1/2 hour on 1/4 or 8 fucking doubles As is quite great actually to run fan.

I was really looking forward to getting this….. when I finally got it….. you are so correct….. this thing absolutely sucks. It won’t maintain a consistent temperature

Space/size, use it in a tear drop or similar offroad mini camper Heat/temp, use a wind break Battery use, battery bank in previously mentioned mini trailer makes this a non issue Clean up, use dawn power wash to save water. Baked on tray? You should see my home unit, no way it'll ever look new again Cost, not all of us think 179 is expensive, especially in the camping/overland world Who would buy this for car camping 😂 🤣

I don’t think you understand how much power 1500 watts from an air frier truly is. I have 600 watts of lithium and being off grid that’s hardly enough to get by. My jackery 1500 is what I use to cook with and it takes it from 100% down to 60% for a meal…

I have much less battery than that. How long are you running your inverter and 1500w air fryer for? It will pull a lot of power but should be for a very short period of time. For Instance wings take 20 min. With a 2000w inverter you should have about 6hr of constant usage. So for a 20min meal you should only be using 5-8% battery not 40…

Mine lights burns for a bit then goes out and temp goes away says Er2 fan has never run

I also found it can seem like its running then just go out. I found if I disconnect the propane tank and reconnect that stops happening but really annoying when I am trying to cook. I have the same issue with the griddle but that’s less of an issue there.
